With below zero temperatures here for a couple days I thought I would share a few tips for caring for our four-legged friends❤️
1: Extreme cold can be dangerous for pets. Here’s how to keep them safe when temperatures drop below zero:

3: Create a Warm Indoor Space: Ensure your pet has a cozy, draft-free area to rest. Never leave them outside for long periods.
4 : Provide Extra Nutrition: Cold weather burns more calories. Ensure they have enough food and access to unfrozen water.

Kai ✔️s off all the boxes of a geriatric pet and I have had the privilege to help his owners take care of him anytime they are away for almost three years now. He struggles with seizures hearing loss and even his sight is slowly failing him he is also on daily medication, even with all the extra care Kai needs he for sure holds a special spot in my heart❤️
