After listening to your feedback, we’re adjusting our new scheduling system and will now be using 3-hour arrival windows instead of longer time frames.

This still gives our groomers the flexibility they need for traffic, weather, and pet care—while giving you a narrower, more predictable arrival window 🙌

✨ You can always ask where your appointment generally falls within your window, and 48–72 hours before your appointment, we’re happy to provide a closer time estimate upon request.

Starting January 1, 2026, Ruff Revolution Mobile Pet Grooming will be moving to arrival windows instead of exact appointment times.

Appointments will be scheduled in either a Morning (8am–1pm) or Afternoon (1pm–6pm) window. Arrival times may vary based on your groomer’s schedule, traffic, weather, and each pet’s individual needs.

✨ Want a better idea of timing?
You can always ask where your appointment generally falls within your window, and 48–72 hours before your appointment, we can provide a closer time estimate upon request.

🏡 You don’t need to be home—we’re happy to retrieve pets using a key, door code, or pre-arranged setup. If we expect to arrive outside your window, we’ll notify you.
