Munchkin baby cookie menu ✨
Oatmeal cookies
1 c. salted butter, softened (not boiled down)
2 c. packed dark brown sugar (or cane sugar if wanting crunchy)
2 tsp. vanilla extract (basically top of vanilla bottle)
2 whole eggs
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Pancake flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 of 1/4 c. Choice of milk
(cookies come out nice and soft with almond milk)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix your dry stuff in a bowl
Melt your butter in the micro if it isn’t already soft. I added the vanilla and some honey to it.
Make sure it’s warm but not hot enough to bake the eggs.
Mix the eggs with the butter
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
I just use my hand
Bake at 350*
Done at around 15-20 mins
