Want your business to be the top-listed Pet Store/pet Service?
TransPaws was inspired by “Roxy” Grichuhin, an English bulldog that died in her owner’s arms after their calls for help went unanswered. After going into cardiac arrest, Alexander Grichuhin began eagerly performing CPR on Roxy. He called 911 in a desperate attempt to save his beloved pet but was met with the response “we don’t help animals”. This unfortunate tragedy is what ultimately inspired Alex to start working on what will soon be the first ever Animal Emergency Unit (AEU), which will be an ambulance service for animals, and ideally even be able to use the “jaws of life” to free an animal at the scene of an accident. In addition, TransPaws will also be offering “TeleVet” services, where pet families can consult Veterinarians virtually in a live interface where they can see and hear you and your pet so that you may discuss any concerns from the convenience of your home, or in an emergency setting. At this moment in time, TransPaws is serving only as a transport program for pets and their families, pending medical regulations and licensing. We offer transport for pets with or without their owner, to and from vet appointments, for emergency transport to vet hospitals, to and from grooming appointments, pet daycares, and we also help military pet families with relocation!
