Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review

Socializing is HUGE! No amount of training can make up for a poorly socialized pet, which accounts in big part for the popularity of our group training classes. While it’s imperative that puppies are socialized as soon as their vaccinations are complete, older dogs who did not receive proper socialization can still learn this skill in a supervised environment. Here are the three biggest reasons your dog needs socialization:

1. Canine social cues. From understanding when he needs to “back off” to learning to show proper affection and excitement, social play helps your dog develop his behavior in an acceptable way. Dogs have their own language of sounds, gestures, and social cues that we may struggle to understand or replicate. Not all dogs will enjoy social interaction with other dogs, but even the desire for solace needs to be communicated in a healthy way.

2. Excellent form of exercise. No matter how much fetch or tug-o-war you and your pup engage in, dog-to-dog play takes exercise to a whole new level and includes leaps, sprints, quick direction changes, and vigorous wrestling. Playing in a pack provides a level of mental and physical stimulation that is guaranteed to leave you with a happy and exhausted pup.

3. Confidence in various environments. Regular socialization helps make new situations less frightening as curiosity replaces apprehension, so if you live in a suburb, take regular trips to the city. City life is full of excitement and sounds and new dogs! If your dog struggles with anxiety when away from home, ask us about our training packages that include help with anxious dogs.

We love visiting friends at festivals sites! It helps with desensitization.
