Martita had an appointment this weekend but they weren't able to make it, but boy did she prove to be the sweetest and funniest girl at the events regardless! Martita is 3 years old and full grown at around 33lbs. She is such a cutie!! Honestly, she looks like a forever puppy! We rescued her from the streets of Mexico, so she is understandably a little timid when you first meet her. But she warms up quickly and has the sweetest demeanor with everyone she meets! We go to the dog park with all the doggies before our events, and Martita had an absolute blast on Sunday morning. She was easily self-entertained, throwing the ball around for herself to catch! It was way too funny! Now all this beautiful girl needs is a forever home to call her own ❤️Fell in love? Where do we even begin describing the fun-loving Taquito! This 7 month old goofball LOVE other dogs, does wonderful with kids, and is going to be the perfect size maxing out at about 35lbs! Taquito is so much fun and filled with personality. He is confident and loves feeling the wind on his face in car rides, loves playing games, and he would do anything for a snack! Already he has learned some basic commands like "sit" and does it all with a wagging tail! Not to mention, he is even potty, leash, and crate trained! This puppy has it all!Taquito was found in the streets together with his mom, Cleo, when he was barely 3 months old, and they've both been in a foster home together since. Cleo actually has a meet and greet this Saturday, wish her luck! Meet Doe! This one year old chihuahua mix weighs under 10lbs, and is seriously the sweetest little girl! We rescued her from a hoarding situation along with 14 other dogs, all being kept in small cages living in their own filth... Doe was at our adoption events this weekend, and we saw her confidence grow significantly in the mere two days she was surrounded by love and other people. The first day, she was super shut down and scared. She would freeze and shake... The second day, though, she started to understand human affection and love, and all she wanted was to be held and coddled! She climbed into everyone's laps and proved to be such an affectionate sweetheart. Although she didn't find her forever home this weekend, we are sure the perfect family is out her waiting just for her!Fell in love? Meet the very adoptable and goofy, Creek!Creek was found as a stray has been with our rescue his whole life! The first video is him at an adoption event when he was just 4 months old and the second clip from a few weeks later... Creek is a whole year old now! Even worse, this friendly boy has been adopted and returned FOUR TIMES already. We don't understand how such a funny and social dog keeps coming back 😭 Fortunately, Creek has been picked up for foster on Saturday by @doggydoggyfoster , who met him long ago when he was just a wee pup! Creek's already become best friends with her dog, Flapjack, and has been incredibly receptive to training. He is even already potty and crate trained! Not a single accident in the house, and sleeps through the night in his crate like a champ. He is also really good on leash and walks right by your side, barely any pulling! He occasionally barks at dogs out of excitement but is progressing wonderfully and getting used to just passing by :). Creek is dog friendly, kid friendly, everyone friendly, and is an affectionate and smart boy. He deserves a family to call his FOREVER home! Fell in love? Joey has been waiting for his forever home for over a year! He is such a sweet guy, a tan 2 year old chihuahua mix around 10lbs in weight. Ralph and Vanellope are seriously the sweetest, cutest puppies ever! They've been coming to our adoption events with no luck getting adopted and we are completely lost as to why or HOW!!We found them both abandoned together in a box out in the streets of TJ, a story unfortunatley more common than not. This video we took of Pablo noticing shadows for the first time cracks us up every time! We are shocked he hasn't been adopted yet!Pablo is a 3 year old Border Terrier mix weighing at about 30lbs, and he is the sweetest boy! Super loyal, super scruffy, super cute!
