I’am by no means a veterinarian or medical expert when it comes to animals but I do like people to be informed with facts. I’ve read a number of articles recently out of mainstream media sources pertaining to a new canine respiratory illness which I did not believe accurately portray what is or isn’t going on. This article does a bit of explaining what is known, what is unknown, and also some theories. I always encourage people to use caution and do what you think is necessary to keep your dog safe.

Beau finished up his board and train last week. This was one of our sessions out and about working on an extended down with a few distractions going on around him!

Theodore got some more sessions in with Hattie tonight at Home Depot! He is still available to adopt from Great River Rescue

Theodore getting some exercise on the mill and then moving into building up his ”down” some more. I would say he’s got an understanding and it’s time to add a command to it. He is still available for adoption!

The first Clip was about midway through his first session working place through the start of his third day incorporating and e collar with obedience. He’s a quick learner!

Theodore is settled in and working away. This is a video of day one coming out of the kennel and day 2. Big difference between the two and it’s only going to get better. So far we have loaded the clicker with him and got him going on a couple behaviors as well as started conditioning the ecollar. More videos to come but very nice so far

Working Shiloh at Home Depot. Her obedience has come along nicely and stability is getting to where we want it. We are still working on decreasing value and excitement with new people and things but it’s getting better by the day!

Dot

Doing some crate work with Dot. She has been a little reluctant at times and will try and take the easy way out. She is is figuring out day by day the path to accessing her rewards. She’s coming along well !

We are a family owned and operated dog boarding and training business. We are located about seven miles south of Bemidji off of the Becida Rd. Call Kyle at 218-766-4330 to schedule your dog’s next stay!

Our kennel has six indoor/outdoor kennels in a 24x24 climate controlled building. The interior kennels are 4x4 and dogs have access to a 4x6 outside kennel. We also have strictly indoor kenneling as needed. The other half of the facility is a large open room for training/play for the dogs. An outdoor fenced in training/play area will be coming in the near future when it is not -40 degrees outside.

We are not a large boarding facility nor is it our goal to board as many dogs as possible. We have kept our numbers small to give each dog individual attention and time and take a quality over quantity approach. We have no breed restrictions and have experience with different breeds from small couch dogs to working line Malinois and Dutch Shepherds.
