Update as of Tuesday 12/12/23 on dog respiratory virus

Respiratory infection

Taking a moment to discuss the respiratory virus going around, Veterinarian Adam Christman helps us understand what to do, what not to do, and what to kind of expect. Currently Washington isn’t on the list of known states with this virus, but as he states, with all the holiday traveling we expect to be experiencing, we may be on this list after the new year. Mobile grooming is a great way to still be able to get your dogs needs taken care of. Mobile grooming is a safe option for those of us who are concerned about this virus, as it takes away the “nose to nose” contact that can spread the virus. Here at Top Notch Top Knots we have always disinfected before and after each appointment and cleaned well enough that to ensure each appointment looks and feels like our first one of the day. We adore your pets as if they are our own, and would be devastated if anything were to ever happen to them. ♥️ Hopefully this helps ease the mind of those who have inquired about this mystery virus going around. We love you all and look forward to keeping your dog looking and feeling their absolute best ♥️
