Working as a home based groomer is a privilege not a luxury you will be turned away and asked not to come back. It's unfortunate I even have to make a post like this. It will cause big effects on the future of the business if it keeps happening

If you need an appointment please message or text me as calling is not my best form of communication given that I am currently working 2 jobs and being a mother to a 6 month old. If you are 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule as I groom 1 on 1 and it can effect my schedule. Thank you!

These are new policies effective as of December! 💜✨️

November has taught me a lot and I'm very motivated to keep my business going. In order to do that I'll need your help! I've already had to close down once and I'm hoping to avoid that again so I can provide these services to our area.
🌟 - Cancelation Policy - 🌟
I am going to be loose with this one because since im pregnant I do have my bad days. No fees will be applied if you do need to cancel just please let me know in advance so I can try to fill in that spot. This will change after April 2025.
Being 15 minutes late will be counted as a no show and will have to reschedule for another time.
🌟 - Daycare Fee Policy - 🌟
I am happy to do 1 on 1 grooming! I love it because it gives me personal time to bond with your dog while they're with me. If you are late picking up your dog that intervenes with my later appointments and I try to avoid that since I take on a lot of nervous dogs that benefit from 1 on 1. I've also had problems with rescheduling personal appointments due to pet parents picking up late which I can't have especially with doctors appointments now. This policy is important in order for the day to run smoothly.
🌟 - Rebooking Policy - 🌟
It has made me nervous how many people tell me, "Well see you in 6 months!" Dogs with longer hair need regular appointments to maintain a healthy coat and it benefits them as they get use to the grooming process. Dogs see it as a chore if they come see a groomer randomly throughout the year rather than a good and fun experience every few weeks. I also cannot become a better groomer if I'm constantly doing shave downs due to matting. I never added a fee for shave downs/dematting before but the time and energy it takes is much more than a dog kept on a regular schedule. Rebooking benefits both the dog and groomer. I can do fun and longer hair cuts when dogs come see me regularly! If you do not rebook after 3 months I cannot guarantee a spot for you.

I absolutely love dog grooming and wish to continue it. Providing this service to the local people is what my goal has always been and want to keep it that way! Hopefully these policies will keep me around thank you for reading 🙏🏼💜🐾

Being a groomer isn't always sunshine and playing with puppies. We have the heartache of losing clients we've grown close to. I just wanted to take a moment to remember all the lovely dogs that I've had the honor to do throughout the years 💜

Your pet will always have a loving and safe place when you bring them to me. This job means much more than money because of the bonds I create with both client and dogs. I can guarantee you that! We hurt with you when you lose your fur baby.
