The GMF crew had a blast this past week at

🌟 Nikki & MacGyver had beautiful rounds in the 18-35 Adult Hunters with numerous top placings and an overall 3rd place finish in the Classic!

🌟 Zonik Boom took home two 🥇 in the Low Hunters and 3’ Greens and competed in his first ever Derby!

The Grist Mill Farm crew had a blast at HITS Saugerties this weekend! Nikki & Mac had great rounds in the Adult Hunters finishing Champion in the division and GMF’s Zonik Boom was a superstar in the 3’ USHJA Hunters. Thank you to our working student for all your hard work and help making our horses look and feel their best!

Beyond proud of these two ladies this weekend! Nikki & Mac made their 3 ft debut in the Adult Medals, qualifying for MHJ and MHC finals with a 🥇 and🥈🥈. Maddie rode Grist Mill Farm’s Zonik Boom in his first one day show, putting in 3 beautiful and well ridden rounds over fences and finished the day with a 🥇 in their under saddle! Thank you for a great show this weekend!

She is a delight in the barn, a super easy keeper, and is happy to be turned out with other horses or alone. She is safe on trails, on the beach, at shows, or to hack alone. This is a pony that knows and loves her job!
