It’s been a wild weekend! Started off Saturday packing in elk hunters only to find some one stole our tent and stove. So today we got to pack in another tent and stove for them. Preston got a call from asking for help packing an elk out. Yesterday morning we thought we’ll sure we will pack these guys in and head over. (This was before the day took a turn!)So after we got back to the truck we headed up another side of the mountain to pack an elk out! It was an adventure. And I’ll admit I just about chickened out packing the elk out when we left the truck in the dark. I’m very glad I didn’t! That topped off the crap day we had up until that point! The hunters are happy and cozy tonight. Be on the look out for a cabelas guide series tent being sold cheap or dumped some where. And a heavy dang stove. The people had to have had atleast one pack animal.

I had a great day gathering cows for the RV bar ranch today! It’s started off chilly but it turned into one heck of a day. There was 4 horses I started on the mountain today 2 ridden by their owners the one I was riding and I ponied Cowboy along for the experience. It makes me so happy to see people that bring me horses be able to get on them and go to work. Thank you for letting me tag along.

Me and my dad got out and rode outside horses tonight. We had a good time and the horses did good. I think they are just about ready to go home!

Sent miss Bella home yesterday! Seriously my favorite Filly I have started so far! She’s going to make the R.V. Bar ranch a fine horse!

If you only ride them when it’s sunny and 75. They’re only broke when it’s sunny and 75! A bit chilly tonight working with one of my favorite filly’s! Bella is a fun horse! She’s one in learning a lot from! I like horses that make me think and learn!

It was a gorgeous night to ride. And a great night to have 2 more horses show up to be started. Tulsa the buckskin and Storm the chocolate palomino. My wife’s red roan (Alan only some people will understand why that’s his name!) is taking a nap after his fantastic 3rd ride in the hackamore. We are blessed for sure.
