Next up-- 🎤-- small, but mighty--mustard! 💪
Mustard microgreens can add a bold flavor to any dish. They have a distinct, spicy flavor similar to Dijon or Wasabi and pair well with sushi, curries, sandwiches, or salads. 🥘🥗🍱
Mustard packs a punch with more than just its flavor. They are a good source of
fiber, folate, manganese, calcium, potassium, and Vitamins A, C, K, E, B6. They are high in antioxidants, which can help detoxify the body and mustard microgreens can even help relieve congestion! 👃(definitely a bonus this time of year 🤷♀️)
