With the summer coming right around the corner, it's time to talk about what you may experience when looking for someone to watch your pup. Vacations are usually planned months in advance and so should care for your pup.

Boarding facilities will book super quick with most facilities being at capacity months in advance. So what are your options?!?

I'll tell you, choose a trusted pup handler 🐶

The service is far more customizable and personal as it should be.

I only take on 5-8 families to make sure that my families can contact me any time and I can be readily available.

This pup! Is a ball of energy. She is the newest member of our pet family (pet sitting family), Suzies new best friend.

I got to spend the holiday with Rory and Suzie! Luckily they got to meet a special friend someone I hold extremely close to me, my dog dobbers. They became best friends!

Happy holidays! This shot was with Furever & Fur Always - Wedding Day Dog Care, now let's talk about holidays.

If you have a pet sitter your work with regularly it's important you give them a months notice when big holidays come around as to allow them to prepare.

I have 4 clients that I messaged a few months ago asking if they had any dates for the holiday season to prepare myself and let them know I'm here.

Communication is key 🔐
Regularly check in with your families 🐶
Let them know when your away 🛫
Don't over extend yourself 🚨

I provide pet care services:

Now what does that mean to me....

- I am reliable and available when my families need me
- I communicate effectively and frequently
- I send loads of photos so my families know that there pet is being cared for
- I know the animals inside and out and customize there care
- I am active (no couch sitting) with my pets I care for

I cannot stress this enough, caring for pets is a privilege and I pride myself and provide quality care for the pets I care for because that's what should be expected!

This is suzie! Do not let this picture fool you. This dog has more energy than 15 puppies combined.

She can walk for miles and I mean a total of 10 miles in a single day and then still
Play ball. She keeps me on my toes. She is also the biggest cuddler ever! She will not leave your side.

Suzie is one of the most hyper lovable dogs I've ever met!! Always be ready to go the extra mile for pups your caring for, not all dogs are couch potato's!

🚨🚨🚨Henry 🚨🚨🚨

Got to hang out with this lil pup this weekend. His nickname given by me is cuddles! When caring for a pet the goal is to provide 100% satisfaction for mom and dad and the pup.

Anything less in unacceptable, Henry really liked cuddling. He would stay on my lap for hours. At the end of the night the parents gave me a room to stay In. Very common, but instead I slept on the couch. why? Simple that’s where Henry wanted to sleep. I slept with him because that’s what I’d want someone caring for my pup to do. He was comfortable, so that where I stayed the whole night.

I talk about this being my pastion and it really is. I do this for my love of animals and maybe I do go the extra mile. Maybe I’m a bit much but to me I’ll do it every time. Animals are our family and they should be treated no less.

This week I am pet sitting Daisy, she is a bundle of energy! But loves relaxing and cuddling. Her dad is away for a week on vacation and he was nervious to leave her.

I can’t stress enough, your “pet” is a family member and reguardless of who you are trusting to watch them, it is imperative that they understand the importance of caring for your family member.

I choose to over communicate because it’s important to me that you know I’m taking care of your PUP! I send pictures daily and constant updates on how everything is going.

I do this because it’s a passion, I love animals and anyone who provides this service should be the same.

🚨🚨🚨Tito & Nova 🚨🚨🚨

Meet Tito and Nova, I got to hang out with these pups 🐶 and they where filled with character. Tito the brown one was the lover of the bunch, hung out with me every day and was my shadow. nova the black one was the princess, she had her way of doing things and you where just apart of it.

My favorite part is being able to see the pups I care for character come out. It usually takes a day or two but when it does it’s so fun!

Commonly when you take a pup to a boarding service they end up being stressed out and nervious. It’s a lot on a dog, so when you can have a trusted sitter come to your house it creates a whole new world for the pup.

I pride myself on my care and communication.

I’ve decided to only take on a handful of clients as to gurentee that they can use my service when they need it. Trust and reliability is top priority for me

Meet the two most charisteristic bunnies! Corey The grey one is hyper and rambunctious while Everett the brown one is a grump ( he warms up to you after a while)

They are so cute and fluffy! Interesting fact bunnies are great house pets are they are relatively low maintenance and easy to care for. Did you know you can “potty train” them?

Below are a few of the dozens of photos I’ve taken for the owner. It’s important to me that the owner knows I’m there and caring for there family members. So I tend yo over communicate rather than under communicate.

🚨🚨Tullulah 🚨🚨

I’d like to take a moment and introduce a special pup that I dog sit. Her name is tullulah, she is the kindest cuddliest most adventurous pup I’ve ever met.

I met tullulah at her pawsome parents wedding, I was tullulahs handler with Furever & Fur Always - Wedding Day Dog Care (I still work with them and HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM).

A lot of times when someone dog sits…they just come over : feed, walk and leave. I try really hard to have a personal connection with the parents and the pups because you caring for there family member and that is so important. So customization and a personal touch is so fundamentally needed.

Because of that belief, tullulah and I have become good pals over time. She knows it’s me because I being a “unique” squeaky toy every time I see her.

Pet sitting is more than just watching a pet. It’s really getting to know the pet and truly wanting to care, play and be the person that the family can rely on.

That’s why I do this!

4th of July 🎆 was tough for this pup.

I used to go out and hang with friends on the 4th. But now I stay home to comfort the puppy. He isn’t a fan on the fireworks.
