Rambling Rose Rescue provides 24/7 on-site care for animals in particular donkeys and horses that have been abused, neglected or abandoned as well as sick, injured, orphaned or displaced horses, donkeys.

FauxPa stepped on a roofing nail which made walking very painful.
He's such a sweet & gentle jack. We removed the nail from his hoof without much fuss & he gave hugs as a thank you.

Beautiful Elise was grazing on the delicious spring mallow before breakfast. Common mallow aka Malva is safe for donkeys to eat and they love it!

Our sweet & polite Norman made a new young friend.
Sweet because he was gentle & kind to a young lady meeting her first donkey.
Polite because she gave him a mouthful of treats & he politely turned his head away to chew. Turning his head reassured her that he wouldn't bite her fingers.
Norman was absolutely wonderful with her!🥰
