Gibbs has been staying with us this week while his family has been on vacation. Gibbs is one of our future studs. He’s gonna be ready to meet some girlfriends in the Spring and we can’t wait to see what he produces!♥️

Savvy’s last litter is 9 months old!
These pups are just beautiful and so loved! Savvy’s next litter will be due in November. We are breeding to a much darker red stud this time so we should have a variety of red, apricot and cream with the same type of fur as these sweet babies. Can’t wait to see them! ♥️

Apparently Hattie from Savvy’s last litter has the most fun when she’s dirty! But she loves the pool as well! 🤣🤣🤣

Savvy was SO proud of her last litter a year ago. We can’t wait to see what she produces with Riggs this year! ♥️
She is the BEST Momma we have ever had! Her litter with Riggs of GoldenDoodles of Morganton will have the prettiest loose curl/wavy coats and we expect their temperaments will be calm, goofy and the sweetest ever! ♥️

I tried to get a “normal” looking picture of Smilin’ Savvy today. Y’all think I’m joking when I say she’s a Ham. She CANNOT look at the camera without that hilarious grin of hers! 🤣 She may not be the prettiest Dood we’ve got but she’s silly, loving and has such a great temperament! Paired with Riggs, she’s gonna have some very pretty, well mannered, goofy, human like pups for sure! PS…some of her pups from her last litter are now smiling too and those babies turned out just gorgeous !!!♥️

This girl is the Life of Our Doodle Party!
The calmest, sweetest, goofiest girl in the house. She Loves to pose for the camera, she snorts and grins when you tell her a joke or make fun of her. She is the best little Momma and she has produced some pups with her same demeanor. We will be breeding her to Riggs, a dark red boy from Goldendoodles of Morganton in September. We can’t wait to see what they produce. ♥️

We are sad to say Sox did not produce pregnancies with Savvy and Reba. We’ve never had a failed breeding before these two. 😞
With that being said, we now have a different plan for the rest of the year. These studs are great producers and we are confident we will have gorgeous puppies with them. ♥️

Just a dog.
From time to time people tell me “chill out, it’s just a dog” or “it’s a lot of money just for a dog.” They don't understand the distance traveled, the time invested, or the costs incurred by "just a dog".
Some of my proudest moments have occurred with “just a dog.”
Many hours have passed being my only company "just a dog", but not for one moment did I feel despised. Some of my saddest moments have been because of “just a dog,” and on those gray days, the gentle touch of “just a Dog” gave me comfort and the reason to get through the day.
If you also think “it’s just a dog”, then you’ll probably understand phrases like “just a friend”, “just a sunrise” or “just a promise.” “Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust and pure unbridled joy. “Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that make me a better person.
For "just a dog" I will get up early, take long walks and look forward to the future. So for me and people like me, it’s not “just a dog,” but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the memories of the past, and the absolute joy of the moment. “Just a dog” brings out the good in me and takes my thoughts away from myself and daily worries.
I hope one day they can understand that it’s not “just a dog”, but the one that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a human.” So the next time you hear the phrase “just a dog”, just smile because they “just don’t get it”.

Just confirmed and booked a date with this boy! These will be BIG Standard Goldendoodle puppies! Red, Apricot and Cream in color.
Savvy is 21” tall and Riggs is a whopping 30” tall! Thanks to Jacki Stanley Fish and Goldendoodles of Morganton for letting us use Riggs for this litter! ♥️🐕🦺

Aubree is such a sweetheart. She is 2.5 years old and still LOVES her snuggle puppy. She sleeps with it every night and carries it where ever she goes. It gets worn out with as much attention she gives it, so I think we are on her 3rd puppy now…but this picture is worth every one. ♥️

All of our Doodle girls get eye exams with an ophthalmologist every two years. Today is Reba’s turn. I brought the Boss with me today to help.

Well it’s finally happening!
Reba has passed her orthopedic testing and she will officially be our next Momma! 🙌
We will be breeding her at the end of this month/first of next month to the awesome Sox of North Scottsdale Doodles !
This is our most anticipated breeding to date due to color, fur and temperament.
Oh what Gorgeous GoldenDoodles we are gonna make!! ♥️🐕🦺♥️

Everly sitting pretty. This girl just turned a year old in January. She is doing pretty good with grooming. We’ve still got a few cowlicks that will eventually work their way out but I just love her fur! ♥️

Savvy and Ozzy’s 4 week old babies had their first taste of mush tonight. It took a minute for them to get the hang of it but it was finally a big hit. We still have a few spots. Message for details.

Puppies have had a good day. Lots of playtime, new toys and some of them even found the big girls food bowl. Lol We should be able to set up the big playroom tomorrow and add more things to do. This has been the quietest group we’ve had. Temperaments are wonderful! A few spots open. Pm for details.
Puppies are 5 weeks old. They had play time this morning with their big red sisters Reba age 1 and Everly age 6 months, their white Aunt Savvy age 2 years and Grandma Annie too. They are getting more playful and more sure of themselves everyday. My favorite age ♥️
Moved to the living room for some playtime and to get used to normal house sounds. Now is when the fun begins! ♥️

Another good day in Louisiana! Today we got to visit with another of Poppy’s puppies from her last litter. This is Archie (Disco) and his momma Kelsey Ann Higginbotham. We were so glad to see them! ♥️
