I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! The next trip begins on New Year's Eve—from Wisconsin to Louisianna. Louisiana to West Central Texas, then back to Wisconsin. Immediately after returning to Wisconsin (Jan 8th), we'll be heading east to Virginia and back (Jan 11th). There's room on the trip from Virginia and back to Wisconsin. If you have a pet in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois that needs a ride back to Wisconsin or somewhere along the way, let me know soon!

Good morning Lake Superior! Me and my partner are traveling to Two Harbors, Mn this morning to pick up a kitty who escaped from its owner's camper this summer. She was found after two months in the wilderness. We will be taking her home to Pennsylvania tomorrow. .
This trip starts Wednesday from Turtle Lake to Two Harbors, MN. Thursday, we head east. There's still a little bit of room both directions. If your fur-pal needs a ride, contact us soon!
Attention Paw-lease 💕 LOTS of supplies needed! We are preparing for our rescue effort and really need your help! We are hoping to help ***HUNDREDS*** of dogs like sweet Nori pictured out of the cold and into rescue before winter. This all hands on deck effort will take place later this fall, but we are hoping to start rounding up supplies needed ASAP! We appreciate your help spreading the word. This community effort is crucial to us being able to pull this off, so thank you!!
Here is what we in need of:
- 300 Committed Foster Families 🤞🏼🏡
- 200 Crates of all sizes but mainly medium size, can be wire or plastic, just not damaged / missing hardware etc.
- 1,000 towels- most dogs welcomed from this areas are large breed dogs, we are looking for full sized bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags.
- 200 Martingale Collars of all sizes (we love this style of collar, as they help avoid lost dogs) Martingale collars can be found on our wishlist - We are accepting normal collars as well!
- 100 Metal bowls
- ENDLESS amount of Potty pads, both washable & disposable
- 150 Slip Leads - also very important in helping avoid lost dogs and easy, safe handling.
This is our starting list of the bulk of what is needed, we will continue to post needs leading up to November but appreciate you considering donating any of these items towards this effort.

This is one of my favorite trips to make. So, we will be making it again. Leaving this Friday evening September 8th from Turtle Lake, WI and going to Owings Mills, MD. Leaving Monday, September 11th to Ellsworth, WI by Tuesday, September 12th and then home. I have room for one or two from Wisconsin to Maryland. The trip back is VIP - so no room.
Me and my partner are heading to Chisholm, MN this morning to get our dear sweet Labrador friend Lucy from training camp. She will stay with us for a week before we take her home to Maryland for hunting season.

The day is near. We are leaving Wednesday morning, August 9th from Wisconsin with stops at St. Paul, MN, Bloomfield, IA, Masonville, TN, Sumpter, SC, and Fort Washington, MD. The return trip begins on Monday, August 14th with stops at Gaithersburg, MD, Stephens City, VA, Plano, IL, Jordan, MN - and home. We have room for two small puppies or two cats on the homeward bound trip. Let me know soon if your pet needs a lift in that direction.
My dogs have been eating from a 20 lb bag of Life's Abundance All Life Stages for one week now and I am going to place another order to arrive on Friday. My two great Danes get 4-4 1/2 cups per day. The golden doodle gets 2-3 cups. That is almost half of what they were eating before! And they are satisfied. It seems strange feeding so little, but it's nutrient dense and full of good calories! There is still enough to last the rest of the week.

No transports until Jan 3rd. After that, there are two openings on the first leg and three on the way back. Starts in Wisconsin on January 3rd, goes to Arkansas, then to Indiana, NYC, and Maine by Jan 6th or 7th and then back to Wisconsin.
