This is Kozy Lanes Minnie Montie, she is another 2xBIS GC Queens Montie young junior daughter we have kept back to grow. As you can see she is also molting like the rest of the torts🤦🏻♀️
Her squishy face and big cheeks reminds me so much of her sire, hopefully she is just as sweet personality as him, because her dam is wild AF, her name is Outlaw for a reason.

Only a handful from our tort lines aren’t naked in full molt, so not many updated pics of them. However we did keep back a few daughters from 2xBIS GC Queen’s Montie to grow out, this 3 month old doe, Kozy Lanes The Full Monty is one of our fav young junior does.

This is the only holland I have left from my red lines. I decided to sell the reds to focus more on my passion which is the tri project. This broken orange doe, Kozy Lanes Cheese String will be a broody for sure as she is just 4months now. She is not as compact and typey as I like, but her bone is amazing, so I plan to breed her to Oculus in a few months and see what they can produce.

This is Kozy Lanes Miss Moustache. She retired from showing after she got 2 junior legs. I haven’t had her out to pose since she turned senior so I thought I’d take her out again for some updated pictures. She is just over a year now by a few months, and is without a doubt my very best producing brood doe. I have already retained so many daughters from her that are probably better quality than her, but she and her mismatched ‘stache will always have a home here.

This little doe makes me so happy. Kozy Lanes Radish is 3 months old and a sister to the buck Bad Rad I posted yesterday. Raddish has lots of time to grow and change, but as of now, she has one of the biggest heads on any does I have produced at this age. She reminds me of Kozy Lanes Doodle.
I have been really wanting to improve my color distribution on my tris and sire, RLR’s Raticate has done that so well on all his kits.

This is Kozy Lanes Bad Rad, 3 month old, buck. As I was picturing today I discovered Rad was Bad, and is not a doe like I had thought when I checked at 8weeks. 🤦🏻♀️
Even though the last thing we need is more bucks for our tri/Harlequin program, I am still going to keep growing him out. Aside from his ear length, I love so much about this buck. His color and high rufus is the icing on the cake for me, so Bad Rad will stay for now, and hopefully get his dads big head to match his ears.

This is LJ Hollands Charm, young senior blue/cream tri doe I have had since she was about 8-10weeks and have been growing out. I showed her a handful of times and she got 1 junior leg for us.
She is a bit finer and smaller then my other does, but I think will be beneficial for my goal of improving crowns this year. I plan to breed her soon and see what she produces for us.

What she lacks in chest width she makes up on her crown. Crown improvement is what my goal is to focus on in both my tris and torts this year, and I am very pleased with this young does.

This is Kozy Lanes Doodle. Most my Texas Holland friends have seen her in person and on the show tables. Doodle turned Senior shortly after Nationals this year, and I will be honest, I haven’t had her out to pose since. Turns out Miss Doodle has apparently been sneaking snacks, she’s so chunky now, with quite the dewlap for a young senior. 🤣

Summer has been busy here, but I am finally getting around to getting updated pictures of some of our grow outs we are proud of. I can’t wait to share pics of the Tri keepers this week, as it’s been a color project we are super passionate about, and have put so much love and time into.

The only black spot on her is just above her eye, so aside from color distribution, she’s one of the very best quality tri does we have produced in my opinion. Kozy Lanes Bluey just turned 1 year. She is a brood doe now, but was shown as a junior and received 1 Jr leg in open ARBA. She was a fantastic first time mom here recently. Her first litter was 5 kits, all were well taken care of and really fantastic quality. I am keeping her clean marked tri daughter, so I have decided she can be moved to help someone else.
She is a Blue Tort (she is slightly snowballed and always seems to be in molt.) She is from my tri lines, sired by our tri herd buck, GC RLR’s Oculus X Lion’s Nook Imogen (blue tri doe).
Being a Blue Tort she could be used in a tort program, though I loved that she pairs well in a tri program as well.
The picture was taken today, as you can see she is way out of coat and she is a little out of condition as we just weaned 3 of her 5 kits recently, and she is still nursing two of them because I have no where to put them. 🤦🏻♀️ I have included a few pictures of her kits from this first litter.

This doe has been an amazing producer for us, we have 2 daughters we have retained to replace her, so with limited space, it’s time she moves on to help someone else. She consistently has 4 kits and is easy breeding. She is very out of condition right now, though she usually sits at 3.5lbs. We just recently weaned her 4 kits she was still nursing at 10weeks, because cage space is tight here🥴.
RLR’s Aditi is a Booted Red, just turned 3years, she is solid Laplop’s lines.

I am a little surprised he has hung out so long, as he was one of my fav little show potential from this last set of kits posted. He is from my red lines, showable color and could be a nice 4H/FFA project.
I have dropped his 🏷 as I am tight on space. I don’t mind if he sticks around though, oranges work well here as they fit into all my color projects and especially with my tris, and I hardly ever hang onto a solid.

Finally took our Junior Otter out to practice posing since he was a little guy, he is around 4 months now. He is under posed, but still squishy cute.
I’ll be honest, if he was a boring black tort, he’d likely been moved on because we are buck hoarders and hardly need another. However he is our first homegrown otter and he is out of our most special boy, Queen’s Montie so he has earned himself a grow out hole and a name, Kozy Lanes Mini Montie. 🖤

She has some nice parts, love her top, and has a decent head coming in, she has long ears but might make a decent brood doe if paired with a good earred buck.

First day practicing posing these little cuties! This little Buck will be searching for new hay to hop in a few weeks as he’s not a blue tort as we originally thought. His actual color is non showable (Blue Torted Harlequin) so he needs to find the perfect pet home. We sure think he’s adorable, so he gets to practice posing with the rest of the baby buns anyways!

The naked rancher stayed home from Junior National Hereford Expo because we are one of the only fools who actually calve out summers in Texas, we also had poor planning and calved out our buns this time of year too! Kozy is delighted to have a new fluffle to manage!
