In the months since the global pandemic changed our entire lives, we've worked to make appropriate changes to help keep your pet's life as normal as possible.

There's a joke running around the Rover pet community that our pets may have conspired to have us stay at home so they could be around us longer.

Regardless of the why, here is what I will do to ensure safety for you and your pets:

1. I will be honest about safety.

2. If I am experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or I have been exposed to someone who has symptoms, I will notify you immediately.

3. I will answer all your questions virtually prior to any service, including exchanging information deemed essential.

4. I will request that you also meet safety measures in your home to ensure I and my family remain safe and healthy.

5. When we meet in person, I will work to keep our interaction short, and I will also work to maintain a 6-foot distance from you and anyone in your party. I will also wear a face covering.

6. I will ask that you sanitize your pet's leash before the meeting.
