One of the many things I love about growing microgreens is the ability to trial and test new techniques and have almost immediate feedback and results. This is due to the short cycle time of each crop being approx 7-10 days!

I’m currently trialing half and quarter trays along with different seeding rates to produce precise yields and prevent waste. I’m also excited to report that we are producing no waste in our current operation as the demand for these greens has grown week over week! We love being able to share them with you! 💚

Not microgreens but we do love our plant based meals! This Spicy Kale soup was super simple, delicious, and took less than 25 mins from prep to serve. We kicked it up with added cayenne and red chili flake! 🌶️🥵
