Howdy everyone! WOW! Things have been a bit busy.
Let me start by saying WELCOME to our new followers. Hopefull you enjoy your time on our page. Thank you for joining us.
Breeding Season is coming to a close. At least the incoming mares have slowed. Some of the stallions have closed out their seasons and gone back home. We look forward to seeing them again next season. That being said we would like to THANK the owners of and every mare and stallion that graced our facility for the 2024 season.
So, just because breeding season is closing that doesn't mean things are slowing down any.
We will be doing collecting and freezing of semen. CALL now to get you STALLION on the schedule.
GOT A YEARLING THAT NEEDS STARTED...
We are extending our training program to the public. This training is geared primarily toward starting Yearlings for the track but, any yearlings are welcome, regardless of their career.
Yearlings have begun arriving for beginning training. We still have some openings for the Yearling starter training. This training program is geared towards building stamina and strength as well as getting the horses acclimated to the tack as well as the bike. If you or anyone you know is interested give us a call and get your Yearling booked in while there is still space.

Ran across this lovely poem this morning. While we work with many breeds, Standardbreds are our favorites. They can do anything you teach them.

I’m the thoroughbred for poor men
they say Ive got an ‘ugly head’,
Not glamourous like a racer,
‘coz I pull a ‘cart’ instead,
Im not your pretty show horse,
I havent read the dressage book,
Most people will see past me,
And not give me a second look,
They don’t see my robust body,
They don’t see my hardened feet,
They don’t see the better doer,
I don’t need premium to eat,
They don’t know that I’m steadfast,
I desire to be your mate,
Once I know I can trust you,
Im waitin ‘ at the gate,
They don’t know I am a trier,
I want to do my best,
I may need to learn some lessons,
To pass the riding test,
Yeah I may have some old baggage,
But give me time you’ll see,
Just have faith in this here Standy,
You’ll see what I can be,
I can jump like any warm blood,
I can dance like Arabs too,
I can take you for a trail ride,
Like the Quarter horses do,
I can cut like any stock horse,
I can bring it at Novelties,
I’m for pony club and adult,
