We will be closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, so give us a call today if you need any medication refills or prepping supplies!

🦴 Watch What Your Pet Eats: Avoid sharing fatty foods, bones, or toxic ingredients like chocolate, raisins, and onions.
🚗 Plan for Travel: Make sure you have any anxiety medications your pet might need before traveling.
🏡 Provide a Safe Space: Set up a quiet area for your pet to retreat if they get overwhelmed by visitors or noise.
🚪 Watch the Exits: Keep a close eye on your pet during guest arrivals and departures to prevent them from slipping outside.

Well, Dr Budge was under the watch today and he did a great job, per his boss (wife), Anna. Does it count if it’s your spouse? 🤔 Or maybe she just wanted to go pet some puppies today?! Either way, they made a great team visiting some pets on Halloween! 🎃 Be safe tonight!

While it is full of fun for us, it can be spooky for pets! 🐾 Here are a few tips on keeping them calm and safe this evening:

1. Create a Safe Haven 🛋️: Set up a cozy room with treats and soft music. Costumes, strangers, and loud noises can stress your pets, so keep the door closed and noise levels down.

2. Stash the Sweets 🍬: Candy may be sweet for us, but toxic for them! Keep chocolates and sugar-free treats with xylitol out of reach.

Decorations Hazard Alert 🕸️: Lit candles, fake cobwebs, and glow sticks can be dangerous. Avoid choking and fire hazards by keeping décor pet-safe.

Pet Costumes 101 👻: Choose costumes that are comfy, with no chewable parts. If your pet seems uneasy, it’s best to let them celebrate in their “birthday suit!”

Secure ID & Indoors 🏠: Pets may bolt if they get spooked. Microchips, collars, and up-to-date tags can make all the difference if they slip outside.
