Last year I made a post after Labor Day and even though I'm a retired PA sitter now, I wanted to make a final update. From May 2022 to August 2024 I met 148 dogs. The Rover app reports I had 120 bookings, 88 clients (23 repeats) and 82 5 star reviews! It's been very odd to just abruptly stop doing animal care. Shout out to my 2024 client pets I was able to squeeze into the schedule. Many of them are repeats, but some were first timers. As always, thank you to everyone that supported me. We're still on track to list my little farm Oct 1. Please stand by for that post next.

Update on the move: I'm still available for daycare or drop ins most of the rest of August but then I need to take a break. The property should be listed around October 1st. As soon as there's a link to post I'll share it here. Projects are underway and it should be ready to move your animals in 😊🐴🐱🐶

PSA Pet Parents: July is the last month I will be boarding dogs. My husband and I moved to Windber Fall of 2020 so we're approaching the end of our 4 year cycle. Most of August I will be available for daycare and possibly local drop ins. We will be selling our little farm if anyone is interested in buying. Thank you to all my clients who trusted me with their fur babies. I will miss them.

I started Rover in May of 2022. I honestly didn't expect much to come of it. I just knew I'd rather be taking care of animals than delivering food. Being a farm kid, I've been an animal caretaker most of my life and I did it for friends here and there when I needed extra money. I never considered I'd be able to do it professionally, especially on my own, but look at me now! I have 75 five star reviews, 114 bookings, and 33 repeat clients through Rover. I've done meet and greets with 130+ dogs and quite a few cats. Thank you to anyone who gave me a reference, left a review and most of all trusted me with your fur baby over the past two years!

My favorite part of a meet and greet is when I tell a potential client I will take up to five dogs at a time (which ends up being seven with my personal dogs.) I almost always get some form of "Wow! That's a lot of dogs. How do you do it?" I shrug because it's not an overwhelming number for me. Case and point: here I am in 2016 with five dogs, unaffected, eating my breakfast. I've met over 100 dogs since I started on Rover and I'm looking forward to meeting 100 more.

February and March have been much busier than I was expecting! Thank you to all my clients for trusting me with your fur babies. Now that the days are finally longer and it's been crazy warm, summer is definitely on its way. Don't forget to send me requests with your vacation plans. I'm also usually available for daycare last minute during the week or even on the weekends. If you're a new client let's get a meet and greet booked. Looking forward to hearing from everyone. Send your pup to join the party! I'm getting more daycare requests and I'm scheduling a lot of meet and greets for boarding. I have a covered porch that leads directly to two fenced in yards. Your fur babies are always safe and contained. For more information send me a message on this page or my Rover profile.

My plan was to get a video of everyone running outside to play but Winnie had other ideas lol. In order of appearance: Zeus, Waylon, Franklin, Olive, Ruby and of course Winnie

Very exciting update to the smaller (original) dog yard! It is now tiny dog proof! I wanted little dogs to have the same freedom the bigger dogs have and now they can!
