After being in clinics for the past 14 years, I can tell you, I have been in about 1,000 different clinics. I see the question asked about different companies to work for. All practices are going to be something new to learn. Ultimately due to burnout, in my opinion, it is far better to worry about your supporting cast. Your coworkers will make the true difference. And when you start feeling burned out, remember there are other fields to go into to take a break. Mental health is something everyone should take seriously.
