It's a cozy, rainy afternoon here, and all the puppies are snuggled up and fast asleep. There's something incredibly peaceful about watching them dream while the thunder rumbles outside. Moments like these make all the hard work worth it. Happy Friday, everyone!

Today was a bittersweet day at our home! Our babies had their final vet visit before heading off to their forever families. Can you believe we had 101 lbs of puppies to carry in? It wasn't easy, but totally worth it for these precious pups.

Two of these sweetie pies, Sailor and Sarg, have already gone home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their new families. They truly are the most perfect matches, and knowing they're in such loving hands is the best feeling in the world.

Sailor and Sarg are already being spoiled rotten, and while saying goodbye was hard, this is exactly why I do what I do. I might even get to pet sit for Sarg in a month or so, and I can’t wait to see how much he’s grown.

These moments make all the hard work worth it. Here’s to many more happy homes for our little bundles of joy! 🐾❤️ 🐾

Lucky for y'all I can't keep every single one of these babies because I want to 😅 I'm not even going to lie, I've certainly had favorites from previous litters, obviously their daddy Apollo being one... but honest to God the best litter I've ever seen. Every single one of these babies is something special. This is going to be a hard goodbye this time.

Happy 8 weeks to these absolute cutie pies!! Who wouldn't want to be greeted by these faces when walking into the room?! These babies are having potential new families come meet them this weekend and it's definitely going to be hard to part with this crew. I don't know what I'm going to do when I'm no longer woken up in the morning by 7 puppies jumping on me and giving me kisses to let me know they're ready for breakfast. I love every single one of them with my whole heart and pray they go to the most perfect, loving homes where they're a cherished part of the family. They're each something very special for sure ❤

Our beautiful babies turned 4 weeks old yesterday! I'm beyond obsessed with every single one of them. They're more charming by the day as they develop their own unique personalities! A previous client in the military sent us a message the other day that made my day! He bought Louie from us while he was still overseas, so we got to keep him an extra month and totally fell in love with him!!

🎉 Exciting news! Akila gave birth to her adorable puppies last night, starting right at 12:01 AM! We welcomed 7 healthy pups into the world – 4 girls and 3 boys, all weighing between 1.4 lbs and 1.6 lbs. Both Momma and her little ones are doing great. Thank you for all your support and well wishes! 🐾💕

Ahh, I'm so excited!! We are on day 40 from last tie and expecting puppies by end of this month/ early June!!!! Akila was not in agreement with having a stranger mess with her belly, 1st pregnancy jitters and protectiveness. So to avoid inducing stress we called off the ultrasound and are going into this whelping old school blind, which I'm kind of a pro at so I don't mind.

These 2 pictures are 4 years apart and this dude is still my best friend (and possibly a daddy soon🤞🏼) . Our keeper from Faith and Apollo's first litter, and only boy out of 8 pups. I never even advertised him for sale because I knew he was a keeper. He hasn't let us down yet 🥹 The most loyal, loving, and protective soul that I know was meant for us.

It brings me immense joy to announce that Akila has gracefully entered her anticipated heat cycle, a pivotal milestone in our meticulous breeding program which adheres to the principle of waiting until the age of two and three heat cycles.

Following today's successful matings, I am filled with confidence that we shall soon welcome a litter of puppies, destined to embody the epitome of excellence. I'm convinced that this upcoming lineage will surpass any previous endeavors in its sheer magnificence.

Apollo, a product of the esteemed pairing of our line of pups from Faith and Roman, holds a special place in our hearts as our chosen keeper puppy from their 1st litter, and guardian of the home. His robust frame of 140lbs, characterized by a distinguished blocky head, exemplifies the quintessential Rottweiler traits: protective, commanding, loyal, robust, aesthetically pleasing, and remarkably intelligent.

In parallel, Akila, weighing in at 100lbs of pure muscle, we got from my friend and fellow breeder Angie, boasts an awe-inspiring physique complemented by a delightful temperament. Her agility, swiftness, and intelligence are second to none, making her an exceptional addition to our breeding program.

In essence, the union of Apollo and Akila promises to yield a lineage of unparalleled distinction, a testament to the meticulous care and selective breeding that we pride ourselves upon... And I'm so freaking stoked!!!

These two are thick as thieves, which is a wonderful considering their role in our breeding program's future.

I'm aware that many of you are excited about upcoming litters, and I wanted to share our approach. We intentionally maintain one breeding pair at a time and don't rehome our retired dogs, unlike some breeders.

Our dogs are first and foremost cherished members of our family. Take Faith, for instance; she's Apollo's mother and has been retired for three years. Some fellow breeders question why I keep her. Well, it's simple: my intention wasn't to treat her like a mere breeding machine, only to part ways once her role was fulfilled. This isn't to criticize those who do rehome, but rather to explain my perspective. It can be frustrating to feel pressured into having multiple dams continuously giving birth just to fit the mold of a "real breeder."

My Rottweilers are chosen with great care. They become part of our family for life, and they play a crucial role in producing puppies with exceptional temperaments, contributing positively to the breed.

While this particular pair isn't quite ready yet (almost!!!), I'm eagerly anticipating their future potential. Their offspring are bound to be 🔥🔥🔥
