We only share some of the pleas we get because they are overwhelming. Our hope is to help with some when we can. Sweetie is a sad case of a dog in a crowded situation being kept mostly in a crate. Her prime years are now gone. She needs desperately a hospice foster or adopter so her last days, months, years are not in this crate. As noted in the post, 6 months of medical care have been sponsored. If you can help Sweetie please contact [email protected] and put Sweetie under subject.

Meet Levi. He is an 11 yr old Soft Wheaton Terrier. He weighs around 45 lbs. We were able to help get his pack buddy Harvey adopted. Now Levi can use some love. He does have a fatty lipoma on his side. Should you be able to provide a home for Levi, we can assist in vet care. He would do best in a home w/seniors or older children as a solo pup. Daisy was found wandering down the road in MB. She is microchipped but owner has been unreachable. Daisy is 9 years old, 45 lbs, spayed, housetrained and good with other dogs. Meet Gretchen! Gretchen is a lovely 8-year-old girl who is sweet as can be. She's been with us at Berkeley since the beginning of January. She's super friendly and ready to be spoiled during her golden years. She is dog friendly.

This sweet girl was dropped off on the highway. A good samaritan saw this and tried to get her. “Girly” ran into the woods and it took days to lure her out. We have covered her vet bills so that she is ready for a home. The woman caring for her has disabilities so the sooner Girly has a family, the better! She is 6 years old, housetrained, spayed, up to date on vaccines, knows commands and sweet as can be! Come on folks! Our buddy Moose endured 3 months of heartworm treatment and still sits in Williamsburg Animal Shelter. He has been there for over half a year. 😢PLEASE share this sweet boy! Mater is a quiet, very social 10 year old American blue heeler. He weighs 44 lbs, HW negative, with an old eye injury and dental that need addressing. He is kennel trained and walks well on his leash. If you can foster or better yet adopt Mater please contact Gaston County PD, Gaston NC @704-922-2194. Zoey was adopted as a puppy. Sadly, her owner passed away and now at 9 1/2 she is back at the shelter. Zoey is a sweet, calm, housetrained senior lab just looking for somewhere to call home.
