Our friends, Mike & Carol, were excited to take Kodie (Cur-San River/Rose litter) home today. We’re happy that we will get to see him grow up because they just live one county from us. 🐾💙

This pretty little girl arrived via transport Sunday in Indiana where we were for the hunt test. Lilly titled Saturday so John Contini and I planned to trade out dogs. Welcome Mae to the crew. Another one of them Sky Pond Chesapeakes. Mae is a 6 month old out of GRHRCH Diesel. Thank you John and Dorthy for all your trust. Getting close to double digits on the number of dogs we have worked with from their kennel.

Update from Lisa:
Rossi is really growing! She was 17.1 lbs at the vet on Saturday for her 2nd set of shots. Look at the waves coming in! I just love her.

We heard from Basia, who sent us an update: Duke 4 1/2 (Chief/Ruby) and 2yo Rayne (Chance/Willow), who had a fun, crazy dock diving weekend at UAD and NADD events. (It was Rayne's first time competing and first time on an officia dd dock) And we now have 2 UAD Champions 🏆 🏆
DUKE - 1st place UAD Senior Elite with a jump of 19'8"
RAYNE - 1st place UAD Junior Elite with a jump of 16'5"
We also have a new NADD/AKC Title - DOCK SENIOR - awarded to Miss Rayney🏅with a new Personal Best of 17'11". (Duke already has this title) So proud of these 2 Chessies!! 🤎🤎 They both love to fly, and they sure used their wings to the fullest at these 2 events. 🪽 💦

We’re excited to announce that Tank finished his conformation CH title on Friday in Canfield, OH. Thanks to the volunteers who put on this show & to Stephanie Hentschel (DarRight Pomeranians) for handling this big beast! 💙🐾

It has been a great weekend here at Sky Pond. On Friday, we received notice from OFA that Chopper’s evaluations on elbows were NORMAL & hips were EXCELLENT. He is now ready for breeding. 💙🐾

We heard from Walt: My boys and I have been busy working and traveling. Ber (Fen/Sass) is huge and really coming along. Tripp (Fen/Willow) has been doing great and at nine months, he's taller than my old guy. Both are so hard to get good pictures of but they are handsome devils. I hope this finds you well. 💙🐾

Update on Willow (NolinxRuby): Willow is doing great. The kids and her play all the time! She likes to hide under things kinda like under your vehicle. She started off under the couch & now she’s too big for that -she doesn’t fit anymore! 🐾💙

Just wanted to thank you again for such a sweet little girl. Rossi is doing great! She seems to enjoy car rides and is doing great walking on a leash. She is very headstrong and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything. She has stolen my heart! Her favorite spot is the kitchen floor, but she likes to put herself in her crate also. We heard from Elizabeth, who traveled home with Ryder on Sunday: Just a quick note to let you know what an amazing pup Ryder is (which of course you already know). He breezed through a long day of driving and flights with such calm confidence, even handled a flight delay and turbulence without a single whimper or whine! Congratulations to John Contini of Sky Pond Chesapeakes on his girl Lilly. Lilly went out and earned 2 AKC Junior passed this weekend at the West Allis Training Kennel Club test. We thank John for the honor to train the wonderful chessies from his kennel. We also thank the Judges, workers and club members that gave their time so we could play this game.
