Update from Walt: Well, everyone seems to be sending updates so I will too. Here is Ber (Fen x Sass) at the vet. He is 91 pounds of sweet, totally devoted to me handsomeness. This is the only picture that has all of Tripp’s (Fen x Willow) body parts in the frame. I don't know his weight, but he just turned a year and is as tall as Ber at two. 💙🐾

Update from Dan - Bailey (Fen x Willow 2023) had his first skunk encounter this weekend. Such fun. I thought it was worth noting that despite a full facial hit he never wavered never backed off. Working on recall is essential but those damn things are just too tempting. 😂 🦨

We post many photos that puppy families send to us, but we don’t often post pictures of our own dogs. Lilly (Fen x Ruby 2023)has been doing some traveling & getting some experience in the show ring - with Deanna Kidd. Earlier this year, Jeremy Ries of MoCo Bottom's Labs handled her to earn her Junior Hunt title. Thanks to these experienced people who help our dogs achieve their best. 💙🐾

We received a video of Chipper (Diesel x Nellie 2024). I just finished force fetching him, but not much bothers him if a retrieve or water launch is near….he’s a buzzsaw. I really love him ❤️🐾

Update from Lisa: I know it has been awhile, but I hope this finds you both well. Miss Rossi Roo (Nolin x Ruby) has done a lot of growing! She has finished her vaccines for the year, and got microchipped. She has a lot of her adult teeth already, too. Haven't weighed her in a couple weeks but I'm guessing she is 50+ lbs. She is doing great, so smart! She is about 99% housebroken, loves to play ball, and that little avocado stuffy is still her favorite. She is VERY talkative, growling and grumbling at her chew toys. She makes chirps and definitely has the ROO down pat! Love her to death! Thank you for such a great puppy! 💙🐾

Update from Henry: “I thought I’d send you an update on Harriet Rose (Chief/Willow2020). She ended up having CCL surgery on her left rear leg but has fully recovered. You can’t even tell she ever had an issue. She’s having fun living her best life.” 💙🐾

We received an update on Juno & kind words from Michael: “…it felt like just yesterday I had picked up a pup from you. Juno (Misty/Pappy Litter 2021) continues to impress out in the pheasant field as her second year has gotten underway. I will try to get a good video this year of her chasing pheasants to share with you but I wanted to thank you again for her. She has only gotten better and continues to be my best friend out here in South Dakota, I have you alone to thank for that. But as I hunt more pheasants out here I am realizing I might be short a dog or two (haha) and wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get a dog except for you. Your dogs have the innate ability to hunt and Juno has been nothing but great out in the field with me.” 🐾💙

Nancy sent us this message: I laughed when I read the latest Chief update. Maple (Chief/Willow 2020) claimed her spot next to the bed when she was 4 months old. So far no injuries climbing over her. 🐾💙

Zephyr (Chance/Willow) had a great trip to Delaware, Ohio this weekend. On Saturday, she was Best of Breed for 2 Grand Champion points. Thank you to the judge, Mr. Edmund Dziuk. Today she was Best of Breed for a 3 point Grand Champion Major with a Champion defeat. Thanks to Judge Mr. James M. Fankhauser. Thank you to Delaware Ohio Kennel club & volunteers and special thanks to Stephanie Hentschel of DarRight Pomeranians for helping to make our girl successful in the show ring! 💙🐾

Update from Kelsey: Hello John and Dorthy! I just wanted to send you an update. Luthien is doing really well, she's up to 31 pounds and it seems like she's getting bigger anytime she sleeps or naps lol. Her current favorite trick is to close the door after she comes in from the yard, she gets so happy to run in and close the door. She’s smart as a whip and learns quick with most things. The photo is her at work after her bath and nail trim.

We received this video from Jeremy Ries MoCo Bottom's Labs who said “She’s got big entry and loves water. Needs to figure swimming out lol. We need to get that delivery to hand finished, as you can see. It’s been slow but it’s coming.” Our Lily is spending the month with Jeremy in Mississippi. At only 10 months old, we are pleased with her progress. Thank you, Jeremy, for your hard work in training her. 💙🐾
