Oh my goodness look at these two adorable buddies that need a home.❤️

Meet Tango & Cash 💙
They came from Lee County Animal Shelter.
Tango is 11 years old and deaf, and he relies on his buddy Cash to be his set of ears.
They'll need either a fenced yard, or for their owner to be dedicated to leash walking.
They're both on the smaller side. (Cash is 10 pounds, while Tango is 25)
Housetrained, neutered, vaccinated, & microchipped.
Cash is very energetic & friendly, while Tango has a more gentle/calm demeanor.
If you feel like you could be their FUReverr home, come meet them today! Open until 5pm.

UPDATE!
This is good news! The owner's daughter officially inherited Miss Elsie, but she is allergic and has a dog who doesn't get along with cats. The good news is that she (and now Miss Elsie) is a Loudoun resident, so Miss Elsie will be surrendered to Loudoun County Animal Services later today. Please contact the Loudoun County Animal Shelter today at 703-777-0406 and tell them you want to adopt Miss Elsie!
Thanks to everybody who volunteered to help care for her until she gets adopted.

Miss Elsie's owner passed away and she now has nobody to care for her. She was brought indoors by her owner about 5 years ago and is a very sweet old gal. She has some hearing loss and she looks a little rough in her photo, but she'll shine up like a new penny with a little TLC!

Yippee!

I loved the city of Pittsburgh before, but now I love them even more! This morning an ordinance banning the cruel and barbaric practice of declawing cats was enacted by unanimous vote from the City Council! With the help of Animal Friends, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, The Paw Project and of course, the City Council, Pittsburgh has become a true haven for healthy and happy cats! Many thanks to the Pittsburgh City Council for allowing me to speak on my experience with declawed cats. Onward to the next city!

Loudoun County, Goose (name given him by LCAS) was hit by a car near Lime Kiln Road in Leesburg and taken to the ER by Loudoun County Animal Services. They are still looking for his owners. Do you know this dog?
