I am needing to reschedule this mornings appointments. My little side roads are pure ice.

I can’t even walk down to the road it’s ice currently. I’m going to keep this afternoon appointments for now to see how it warms up!

I need to address 2 things!

1- depending on road conditions tomorrow morning I WILL NOT be grooming and will reschedule everyone and it will be towards end of month. I’m not ricking the drive down clinch mountain. Currently I won’t drive.

2- I WILL NOT ANSWER ANY GROOMING CALLS/ MESSAGES/ TEXTS ON THE WEEKEND!!
I am having issues with people wanting to be new clients texting, messaging and BLOWING UP my phone with calls this weekend. (4 people). This makes me not want to service you due to lack of patience and respect for time. Please be courageous and understand I am human and I don’t groom 24/7 7 days a week.
Also to add- I will not be squeezing in anymore I will put you in the next opening I have for your area. I have advised everyone to schedule for the year. Those people have priority

I apologize for the rant I just want to be respected and treated like a human with a family and life, thank you everyone I’m just in a sensitive time

Your babies keep a smile on my face, i am getting half way through a day and my emotions sit in and I can’t go forward 😞 I apologize to everyone it’s going to be a rough month.

I believe I have finished scheduling everyone for the year! If you haven’t heard from me reach out and I can send your dates if you haven’t recieved them. I do have to check the post office for the extra contracts if any have arrive since Christmas!

I currently only have 4 openings left this month so if you want in reach out now!

Today is not all rainbow and sunshine.

We had a vet appointment this morning for my dog Corona, she is ill and sick as many of you know. We have to to say goodbye😭

I will be a wreck these next few weeks she is scheduled for the 16th😭😭

I will have not be active 16th through the 19th to grieve.

Corona was my first long term dog taking her home at 4 weeks old. Smartest most stubborn one ever but she is my girl. Just bare with me as I may get emotional and have a rough time this month😞

It is officially the first workday of the year. I’m so excited to get this year started. I only have six more people to schedule for the year if you have not reached out to schedule for the year I highly recommend doing so I am over 50% booked!!

If you don’t wanna schedule for the year, just remember that it could be a two week minimum wait!

I’ve been swamped and I’m still working on yearly schedules (20 clients left to go!) I will be sending dates today and need a response to book.

With it being the new year we have new policies in place and if you filled out and returned you contracts/waivers then you know what they are!

1. ALL ONLINE TRANSACTIONS! Will be required to pay an additional 3%! (Card, PayPal, Venmo, cashapp, invoicing)

2. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO Mary Witzigman.

3. Cancelation policy
- 48 hour notice (first reminder text) you have 12 hours after receiving reminder text to cancel appointment no penalty.
- 36- 24 hours notice of cancellation 25% of your appointment will be invoiced to you.
- 24- 12 hours notice of cancellation 50% of your appointment will be invoiced to you.
- under 12 hours 100% of appointment will be invoiced to you.
—- the invoice MUST be paid in order to book your next appointment or reschedule.
- allowed 2 reschedules- after that 100% of first appointment will be due and prepay the next appointment.

1. Create an app for scheduling, clients to navigate, travel tracker for clients, client have access to grooming notes and info on pets, etc. 2. Take more personal time to avoid burn out!
3. Maybe hire another groomer 🧐

Found a dog in corner of clinch valley and 66. It’s a female young and super sweet. She has to be someone’s. Please share I have her home with me. But I can not keep her as I am going out of state for a week Friday! I need her owners to be found or a foster/new home asap!

Hello everyone!

It is definitely holiday season! Many people are reaching out in regards to appointments many new clients!

We can not accept new clients or any appointments until January. I have many phone calls to return and I am working on them between appointments as I go. Please be patient! I appreciate all of you. Thank you!!!

We will be closed this Saturday 12/14. Along with December 20th-26th as I will be going north to be with family!
Then again closed 2pm New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day!

My pup Steve is showing how just exhausted I am this month!

I have been nothing short of being extremely busy working 10+ hour days to get all of you pups ready for the holidays!

I have been getting a ton of calls and messages today for appointments. I unfortunately can not take anymore until January. I am booked more than I would like.

If you want an appointment for January please reach out because even those are going FAST.

Anywho! I am finalizing next years schedule. If you have not heard from me and have sent the contract in PLEASE reach out! I know I’m missing people and I don’t want you to lose out. If you have not had a contract and we go forward with appointments I will have them with me so you can fill out at next appointment!

Also as you schedule for the year or future appointments please keep in mind I am not scheduling thursdays-sundays UNLESS I MUST! I am running a secondary business for pet treats and supplies so I need time for that!

Hey guys! Mary here, I have come down with an acute bacterial sinus infection. They told me im not contagious just make sure to mask up during appointments. I just wanted to make all of you aware! I will be back working tomorrow and if you are uncomfortable with it please let me know!
