🚨 Important Announcement for Our Valued Clients 🚨
It has come to our attention that we have recently had several pets come in with fleas. We understand that this is a common concern among pet owners, and many have asked what our policy is regarding fleas.
🔴 Unfortunately, we do not accept pets with known fleas. For the health and safety of all our furry clients and our team, it’s crucial that every pet brought in for grooming is flea-free. If your pet has fleas, we kindly ask that you treat them at home or with your veterinarian before scheduling an appointment with us.
💡 Please note: We treat fleas the same way a school district handles a child with head lice. If we discover more than three live fleas on your dog or cat during the grooming process, we consider that an infestation. In the event of an infestation, we have no choice but to cancel the rest of our clients for that day to thoroughly treat our salon with a flea fogger to eliminate any fleas that may have jumped off during the bath.
Additionally, there will be an extra $45+ flea charge added to that day's service if fleas are found during grooming.
