Hi neighbors, this is Hail Mary request:
I was hit by a reckless driver while on my scooter back in August at the Granville and Clark intersection. It was 100% his fault, and initially in the police report he agreed with the statement I gave police. But then he lied to his insurance company and claimed something different than the police report. I’m hoping to find a witness to the incident to speak with my lawyers. I was face down on the pavement and couldn’t get up due to getting hit in the back but I know at least one woman ran over to stay with me and protect me from oncoming traffic until first responders arrived. It was about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, August 23, 2024. If you saw this accident please DM me directly, but maybe let me know here if you message as unknowns get sent to that weird phantom message zone.
