Good pups cobble correctly after time. Gently and sweetly she’ll nibble my fingers without being too rough so she knows what is allowed. Takes time but really establishes a good bond of trust and expectation. Boundaries are necessary! ❤️

Happy 3 weeks

3 weeks is a big deal when you are a tiny little English Bulldog baby! They now can be in the open air with minimal heating assistance, they eat every few hours at this point. Ears and eyes are open and these amazing little guys all walk around on their own. But, They don’t all make it this far either. Even with me doing my best, 24hr around the clock care, all the fading pup supplies like iv fluids, antibiotics, probiotics, plasma, incubators, nebulizers and even the vet some things just aren’t meant to be. These pups are a labor of love and sometimes heartbreak. Momma knows when a pup is not well, she will push them off to the side and often bring my attention to them. We both do our best to ensure their well being and that of the litter’s. So happy 3 weeks pups. You made it!!!
