🍁 Thanksgiving isn’t only about the desserts! Let’s keep thinking healthy, nutrient dense foods and grab some fresh holiday micro toppers for the turkey, side dishes, salads & soups!

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
2 Bananas
2 cups frozen wild Blueberries (or 2 tablespoons of powdered wild blueberries)
1 Orange
1 cup fresh Cilantro
Handful of fresh Barley Grass or 1 teaspoon of Barley Grass Juice Powder
4 Spirulina tablets or 1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder
1 tablespoon of Atlantic Dulse (sea veggies)
1 cup of Water
