Want your business to be the top-listed Pet Store/pet Service?
Greetings fellow dog lovers! I was born and raised in southern West Virginia, and that is where I live today. In addition to dog training, I am a stay at home mom and caregiver. This gives me a wonderful opportunity to be at home to work with the puppies every day. I am a Certified Canine Coach through Canine Principles. I have about ten years experience in basic obedience training in primarily Standard Poodles, Doodles, and German Shepherd Dogs, and three years experience with service dog training. I am a member of IACP, and I work every day to improve my knowledge and training experience. In addition to my human family in my home, which includes my husband, my daughter, my sister, and myself, I have four dogs and four cats. I was raised with Doberman Pinschers, and though I haven’t had a Doberman in about fifteen years, the breed remains near and dear to my heart.
In my home, all of the puppies participating in camp will live right with us and become introduced to typical home environments, sounds, and smells. My training environment includes contact with children of various ages, including infants, cats, large dogs, wheelchairs, walkers, people with unusual gaits, men, and women. My husband is a volunteer firefighter, and we frequently take dogs to the fire station for some exposure and socialization. We take frequent short drives with all the new recruits to get them used to the car as a positive experience. I look forward to working with each of you to help you get the most out of the relationship with your newest furry family member!
