Hello followers!

Sure hope all of you are well and have had a great 2024 thus far.

It’s been a minute since my sabbatical from making coats and here to say, I’m back sewing!

Looking forward to keeping your pets warm with our coats!

Stay tuned for December specials to kick off this celebratory event!

With your support and loyalty purchasing coats from us allows us to continue donating coats to foster dogs across the U.S. and keeping them warm too.

Don’t have a dog but want to help a foster dog? You can purchase thru us (and coats for fosters are discounted) and we will connect with the rescue to get the right size for the dog should you have a specific dog you want to donate to. Otherwise we send a general size.

Reminder, almost every coat is custom to your pet’s measurements and handmade with love and care.

Reach out to secure your spot for a coat! Turn around time as of today is 2 -3 weeks from time of payment and your approval of fabric choice.

My handsome boy in his new “luxe” fleece wear!! Colors compliment him well if I do say so myself. He’s sporting a gorgeous handmade collar (generally no two are the same) and those can be found . Coat is from us, of course !

Brick not thrilled with the task of “kitten sitting” and decided to sleep on the job! Trying to make a dog coat with a small fuzz ball needing to cuddle is harder than it looks.

We can’t get enough of all of there products!

Guys! Guys! My nose is doing so much better! I wanted to share with you about what my mama’s been doing.
First, I know, there’s a lot of influencers out there trying to get you to buy all sorts of things, I’m not one of them. I don’t get paid to sponsor stuff at all, I only share stuff my mama buys that works for us.
And we love Super Snouts so much!
We’ve used chill out chews for years for scary stuff like thunder storms and fireworks and they are incredible.
After some research my mama discovered Turkey tail mushroom powder. Holy buckets, in just a few weeks my nose looks and feels so much better! From super snouts- medicinal mushrooms have antihistamine properties that can help not only control allergies but can stabilize mast cells in the body (hey, that’s what I have- inflammatory mast cells!) Histamine is what causes much of the inflammation, redness and irritation.
I thought this might be helpful for some of you out there with furbabies with allergies or furbabies with cancer. It’s sure working for me and my nose!

Potentially graphic photos to some. The sad truth that rescues often see and jump in to help even when foster homes are scarce. Fosters bridge the gap until they are healthy and meet the right family.
Rescue dogs don’t need pity, they need vet care, love, groceries and boundaries (like all pets no matter where you got them).

Saving Dobermankind will be bringing this girl in very soon. We don’t know her story other than found as a stray.

We here at Coats For A Cause will be donating her a coat, food and wellness care items (aka supplements).

Oksana will take some time to get to a healthy weight and needs to be evaluated by vet to make sure she is HW free etc.

Oh my gosh I love this coat! Brick is modeling a double fleece coat and snood for a beautiful boy named Jeffrey! The purple plaid coat is to small for him to model, that is for Jeffrey’s foster sister with Mile High Rescue we are donating.
