Hello everyone!

We are truly excited to announce that we can welcome 1-2 clients back in the building with their pets during their appointments. This last year has been difficult for all and we miss seeing you. As excited as we are, we want to be sure to be as safe as possible, here are some things to note as we make the transition:

- As you arrive for your appointment, please still call from your vehicle to check in for your appointment.
- If you feel more comfortable continuing with curbside, please know that is still an option.
- If you would like to join your pet, please remember only 1-2 clients will be allowed in per family.
- Once checked in, a member of our team will let you know when a room is ready and will walk you straight to the available room. Please wear a mask and social distance as you are able.
- Surgical Appointments, Technician Appointments, and Urgent Care Appointments will continue to be curbside/drop-off appointments at this time.
- Prescription and food pick-ups will continue to be curbside as well.

Please keep in mind that this is the first step for us to open back up gradually with everyone's safety and comfort in mind. This is for appointments only, should you need to schedule an appointment or have a question, please feel free to call the clinic and a member of our team would be happy to assist you.

In order to ensure the safety of our clients and team members, both of our locations will be closed as of this evening from 6 pm until Monday, December 28th at 8 am. We currently have several team members in quarantine due to exposures. Protecting our clients and team from potential exposures is of utmost importance to us. He is a beloved family member who is adored by his people. He came to us with nausea and abdominal pain. He has been very weak and is losing weight. Today, X-rays revealed he has inflammation in his abdomen and we need to perform surgery to try and save his life.
