I hope all had a great Christmas and new year

 i’m gonna go ahead and apologize for the long post,
But I feel like this is something I need to stress but this is for all of my clients

With me, always trying to change to better myself and my business, and to make it easier on myself

I understand that life happens sometimes and you have to cancel but if you can’t cancel within a 24 hour timeframe so I can schedule someone else to fill that slot I charged $25 for my time for that slot since I am unable to schedule someone else to make money

and if you don’t pay that $25 no-show 24 hour call fee. Then I will just not accept you as a client anymore. I’m not gonna waste my time trying to get you to understand that if you don’t come to your appointment that I scheduled you for then I am losing money for that day. The $25 time slot charge just makes it so I’m not losing money for the day. That does not mean I make $25 extra when I have a no-show that covers that time that I would have been grooming
