Hopefully I will get some concrete answers in a month! But until then, the cardiologist is thinking I probably have POTS. Answers are always better than not knowing.
Working on some gait changes with groundwork!
Sometimes, you need to cherish the quiet moments. The moments when you wake up next to your best friend, the puppy is playing quietly on the floor, the dogs didn't wake you up during the night needing to use the bathroom and you got to sleep in a bit. Those are the moments that give you a smile and warm your heart.
Zoey loves to take the most popular toy (in this case a ball) and instigate a chase with it! The other dogs seem to thoroughly enjoy themselves too!
Another part of our newest training video on YouTube! Kip did not want to engage at all with people holding the leash. Just a few minutes with the prong collar and a few well-timed rewards really turned him around!
Just finished putting out a new YouTube video! Go check it out, subscribe and share it with your friends!!!

We took a trip to Academy today to continue training the new puppy, Zoey! We also do training outings regularly for Loki as well! We worked on everything fro...
So insanely proud of this little girl! Zoey is learning so quickly!
There is always more to train! We were working with Loki on an advanced "leave-it" with treats being tossed at him by myself from across the room (I was 20ft away and totally didn't mean to hit him in the nose with the larger treat...), Belle was working on a fun trick called "say your prayers" and Zoey was doing a scavenger hunt for some of her dinner in her crate to use her nose!
Full en-edited training with miss Zoey last night! She is doing RENARKABLY well for starting from absolute scratch 2 months ago when we picked her up off of the streets. So proud of this little girl.
In this video, we start with basics and move into some task training.
Note: there are mistakes I made in this video. I think it is important to show mistakes in training videos. No trainer (myself included) is ever perfect. Trainers (and owners) should always be constantly learning and trying to improve.
Training a 6 month old puppy! This is Zoey. Zoey was found about a month ago running alongside the highway. She was thin, dirty and scared. We picked her up and searched for her owner. No one claimed her after 4 weeks and there were no chips or tags. So now, she is in the beginning stages of training to be a service dog. We have some solid obedience, 2 tasks and potty training down!! Since we have that foundation, we are beginning to do some public access work in pet friendly stores like Academy (our personal favorite). Here we are working on "Focus" while doing commands. She still relies on treats at the moment to do everything 100%, but at 6 months, I dont think I could ask for her to be doing much better!

I made a video to introduce the newest addition to our family!!!!
Surprise Live! Join us on our morning walk!
This is why people with service dogs use handicap stalls in public restrooms. We have used regular stalls but fitting this big guy and myself in one gets a little tight...
Yesterday morning, we got an urgent message that a farm dog had until that evening to find a new home or he was going to be euthanized. So, my mom, Natasha, Loki and I jumped in the truck and drove 4 hours to pick up this handsome guy. His name was Pirate (I say was because we changed it to Benjamin or Ben for short). He was scared and unsure, but he has begun to warm up to us. We are starting to get some tail wags and some kisses. Ben is going to stay out in the barn until we are sure that he is flea free and fully vaccinated. He gets plenty of love now and is adjusting nicely to his new home. Follow for more updates!
Distraction work
Welcome to our new house! In this live, I will show you around and go over grooming with Loki.
No live today. Sorry, guys. We are in the process of moving and going up and down the stairs and into the truck to carry boxes has done a number on my knees. I will make sure to reschedule the live for next Friday when we are in our new home!

2 questions for everyone:
1. What would you like to see us work on? Could be anything and could be a problem you are having with your pup.
2. What time works best for everyone? In the past, I have started at 6pm, but it seems that is an awkward time for some people.
Thanks!

Oshkosh Area Humane Society asked for an update on Loki and they provided his adoption profile picture (left). I can't believe how far this guy has come since I adopted him in 2015. What differences can you see?
