I am so excited for this addition back to my small home-based pack of Shepherds! 😍 She was so loved by her previous owners. Oh, and even despite Oura & Coozie both being in a heat cycle, it was like she never left! They immediately welcomed her into the pack and she responds to their cues for space very well for 8 months old.

Today, she went to the groomer's - b***y trim and face trim. Love it! 🥰

She has been enjoying her almost daily walks and daily play sessions with me. No training yet, just hanging out and getting adjusted to life together!

Rolls Royce is living a sporty life with his owner, an experienced dog trainer that's demonstrating positive training and its benefits in the puppy stage. Royce has been participating in dock diving, herding, obedience, protection, and I am sure other avenues as well. Royce is a special dog full of intellect and ability. If I can get some of his video clips downloaded, I'll post those in a later update.

Oura and Coozie got to go camping at a beautiful lake here in Oklahoma this weekend. We swam around for 30 minutes together, even though the water was absolutely freezing! Oura tried to show me there was a cluster of underwater rocks by hopping over them and looking at me, so naturally I thought she was just being weird and ran straight into the rocks, almost twisting my ankle. 🙃 Coozie's highlight was eating vanilla custard in a cone.

"Greta had her 4 month check-up and final vaccines on Friday. She weighed in at 40.4 pounds. The vet thought she was a little thin, haha. She is eating 5 cups a day! She is teething and loves to chew on all her toys and everything else, wrestle with her big Boxer brother, chase her own shadow, bark at the neighbor dogs, and she has dug up some flowers. She is a ball of energy!!
She is also an eager learner. She loves to herd me; she also knows the following commands sit, down, place, and let go".
So happy to see the pups growing up and being so loved and wanted!

I wasnt able to get the help I needed to take photos of each pup! I want to get you all individual stacked/natural stance photos plus faces, and individual held photos. Here is an adorable clip of them running near the garden 😊

Puppy and boy love

Pups enjoying the sunshine and warmth before a cold front moves in! Everyone got dewormed with SafeGuard and pups will be getting their first round of shots administered later.

Pups were given a challenge to go through the front door (no bribes!). Since the weather is nice, I'm not passing up a day of them getting some sunshine and grass! 😊

She's HUGE, dont you think?!
