The fact that my show pieces are in the Texas Taxidermy Association magazine might not really be an accomplishment BUT the passion and drive that it took me to get there is! I was absolutely elated to be flipping through the magazine yesterday to find that my pieces were in there! The literal blood, sweat, and tears paid off in more ways than one! First year of competition down, so many more to go! I can't wait to see where this industry takes me! ✨💕🦌

With season quickly approaching, I figured now would be a good time to reintroduce myself. My name is Callie Kincaid. I am 25 years old and I was born and raised in the Cedar Creek Lake area and currently reside in Mabank, Texas. I have been doing taxidermy for about 3 years now, first studying under Josh Peoples and then attending and graduating from the Lone Star State School Of Taxidermy under the direction of Bryan Waligura. Taxidermy is my passion and I have fully dedicated myself to learning the latest and greatest techniques and perfecting my craft! If I'm not out in my taxidermy shop, I am in the bowling alley or on a lake somewhere bass fishing! I have five dogs and live on a ranch raising black angus cattle. My shop hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 and weekends are by appointment only! If you are unavailable during these time, give me a call or a text and we can arrange something! Thank you to all of my existing clients and a warm welcome to any new ones!
