This weekend we were able to attend camp at AK9i in Virginia! 🐾 We learned a lot of awesome foundational decoy information & we worked on some bite issues we’ve been having with Zero ☠️ Great people, great hosts, and great knowledge!! Thanks for having us! 🤙🏻

Loki is home! 💙
After 2 blood transfusion, Loki boy is finally on the uphill. He still has got a long ways to go, but he definitely has his spirits back and his energy is coming back more every day. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and prayers on Loki’s behalf, we are so grateful for you and so grateful to have Loki home with us.
Side note, do not be afraid to donate your dogs blood! We are lucky that both facilities that we took Loki too had his blood type in stock. If your dog is healthy, ask your vet about how you are able to donate their blood, you could save another dogs life!

Today we found out some terrible news regarding our sweet boy, Loki. The Vet informed us that Loki possibly has a rare K9 disease called Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA), where his body attacks his red blood cells and doesn’t make more. He’s currently at the hospital undergoing a blood transfusion that will help bring his body back to homeostasis, however we do not know what maintaining will look like for the rest of his life. If you could please send a kind word or prayer to whomever it is you pray to on our baby’s behalf.

Just because a dog reacts differently than yours, DOES NOT mean they’re a bad dog! Every dog is different and has had different experiences growing up ☀️ always be sure to ask if another dog is social before approaching/petting/introducing your dog! 🐶
