Hey everyone!

Due to an increase in no call/no shows and last minute cancellations, I'm going to have to start enforcing the cancellation policy.

I've had the policy in place for a while, I've just very rarely enforced it.
From this point forward, I will be having to enforce it.
For those that may not be aware of it, the policy is as follows:

*Cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to the appointment time.

*Cancellations within the 24 hr window are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled services.

*No shows are also subject to a 50% fee.

*Repeated cancellations/no shows may result in prepayment being required or cancellation of all future appointments as well as removal from the client list.

*New clients that cancel within 24 hrs or no show are subject to immediate removal from the client list.

*I will always do my best to send out reminder texts, however not receiving a text or receiving a text within the 24 hrs does not exempt anyone from the cancellation policy.

As times come to an end. I hate to see my favorites move off. But that’s what you get for being so close to a military base! Rambo an Pete are headed off on their next adventure with their mom dad an tiny humans! I wish them the best an can’t wait to see them next time!

Well, everyone tomorrow is the big day. We will open full-time at Krissie‘s home in her salon. I can’t wait to see all of my fur babies and for what the future holds. Thank you all for being so supportive threw this!
A big thank you to Michelle for giving me the encouragement to do this an knowing this is what is best for this time in my life an my family. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her support!
As we are still a bit under construction as a few things are not quite done yet but will be soon!

Exciting news coming for Charlee’s pet grooming. Mrs krissie owner an operator is moving the salon to her home next week!! You herd that right we are moving back home to daleville. The salon is right out of her back door. I will be very excited for this change! I will be still operating the same hours an days. Nothing but location is changing! I would absolutely love for all my fur babies to come still an see me as I love them all like they are my own!

Well todays one of the hard days. You never know when a pups last days are until that day. Romeo the toy poodle I’ve groomed for years now has crossed the rainbow bridge. Romeos family would like to stay private but are asking for prayers. He was a very gently old man at 17 years old an 4lbs!! Rest easy sweet Romeo!

Good morning every one! Got a announcement.

Due to the price of everything still rising in the us. I will be having to go up on my prices come January 1st. Some people this may not affect an some it may. So if you have questions please give me a call or text.
Ordering an shipping are extremely expensive so for me to be able to keep using nice luxury shampoos, conditioners an colognes for your fur babies to keep them nice and clean an smelling the best it’s what I have to do. I absolutely hate having to raise prices when everything is just so expensive as it is. Thank you for understanding an I hope o get to keep seeing all my favorite fur babies coming in to see me!
Doodles will start at 105$ as a base price it will up up due to coat conditions!

Small breeds depending on coat conditions they will start at 55$ to 65$.

Medium groom pups will be at 65$ to 85$

Large groom pups will be 85$ an up.

Small bath dogs will be at 40$

Medium bath dogs will be 55$

Large bath dogs will be 65$ an up!
