This is why we don't neuter early.

A product of early neutering, this was one tall dog! A rescue, thankfully he was very sweet. Notice how the poor thing-a product of backyard breeding-has almost no rear angulation, making him much more prone to ACL injuries and other problems. Conformation counts on even pet bred dogs.

Posted as a good example of how early neutering causes a dog to grow “up” meaning grow tall and narrow. If viewed from the front there was hardly any spacing between his front legs.
