Why get Frustrated?

From now on out Neighborhood Groomer Eagle Creek will now be serving the west side of Indianapolis.

I do not want to raise prices again and I’m also having a hard time finding a deposit method. I’m booking pretty fast but with the wrong people who is waiting my time & availability slots.

We want to grow and open a shop, so please be courteous and read all messages clearly. GAS TOO EXPENSIVE.

We are so grateful and thankful for all of our clients. Loyal and new. We understand the excitement you all get when you find a groomer that will come to you. But it is very important to read all messages clearly when we send them out. We are NOT a mobile groomer. We are a House Call Groomer. Which mean we groom and bathe all animals “In the comfort of your fur babies home.” We do NOT have a truck or a van yet. We are working on one. Until then, we are looking into a booking app. So starting February 1st all clients will have to book from the app and pay a deposit fee, that will go toward you payment. This deposit will cover gas fee to get to you. It will be refundable if you cancel within 24hr.
Again I thank all of my clients. This is a learning experience that I will master! Thank you for all of your support and patience! 💜🐾

I have plenty appointments open this last week of January. $30 Basic grooming $40 Full groom until February 1st. After Feb 1st there will be a price change for new clients.
We are now taking appointments for coloring. Please remember we are only doing ears and tails right now.

Even though it’s cold outside you baby will feel better shaved then matted. Please have you babies seen every 4-6 weeks. 🐾
