F***L MATTERS LLC Policies, Services Provided, Rates and Pricing
Services provided:
🐶💩Dog p**p pick up (if your dogs don’t go on the grass I can pick up p**p from patios, mulch beds, rock beds, etc. I can also spray down hard surfaces with water to clean up any mess. ❄️💩Winter time p**p pick up
🐤💩Bird p**p spray down - If you have bird feeders I can clean off decks and patio areas that accumulate any mess.
🏠🏘💩Commercial property service for apartment complexes, business or homeowners associations.
⏰💩Hours of operation:
I work weekdays during normal business hours. If your needs warrant a weekend service you will be charged $50.00 dollars for the service. I can work out certain weekend times but none are guaranteed. Please contact me with your weekend service needs and we can work something out for you. I do not work on holidays.
💩Are your dogs friendly with strangers?
Please let me know if your dogs need to be brought inside when I arrive for service. If you need prior notice of when I will arrive for you to bring the dogs inside, I can text or call you when I will be arriving within a 15-30 minute window. This way I can stay safe and the dogs won’t be bothered, but I love to make four legged friends!
💩 Fences and gates:
If you have a locked gate or fence just let me know how to enter your yard for service. If I am unable to gain entry to the property, you will still be charged the full amount.
💩Weather policy:
I will work during any weather conditions as long as they are not hazardous to my health. Cold, light rain, and wind, are no problem. Winter time can affect my schedule however. If roadway conditions are too poor for me to travel safely I will simply reschedule your service when conditions have improved for safe driving. I will always alert the customer if I have to come at a later date than normally scheduled by phone call, text, or email. I will work all winter long.
💩Refunds/cancellations:
If I am unable to provide service for any reason, I will alert the customer and reschedule to a later time or date. The appropriate credit will be applied to the customer's account if I am unable to reschedule the service. If you are on the schedule and have to cancel, you will still be charged the full amount to hold your spot. I will do my best to work with each customer and reschedule, if my schedule allows, but this is not a guarantee, so contact me as soon as possible with any changes. There will be no refunds for annual packages.

💩Disposal of waste disclaimer:
In Minnesota it is illegal to transport animal f***s commercially. I throw the p**p away in a trash bin that is provided by you, the customer. If your city or township does not allow for the disposal of pet waste via the municipal waste management services other options may be arranged. Please let me know if you have any issues with your waste management.
All Rates are subject to MN SALES TAX.
💩💦Bird p**p wash off:
Rates vary, send me an email with a picture.
💩Grass treatment:
Add calcium sulfate (gypsum) on the areas where dogs are going the most to prevent nitrogen build up which can cause damage to the grass. This treatment is best done early in the year during spring time to have the most effect. **This treatment will not regrow any dead grass.**
