Zipp needs a new home. Zipp is one of our semi retired lesson horses. He has navicular in his left front. We lost the lease on the pasture he has been kept in, and have to find him a home by the end of January. He is a 16 year old gelding with a super disposition. He would make a great pasture buddy, or just a great horse to have around. Free to an approved home.

Stanley is a 13 year old Haflinger gelding that has been with us for well over 3 years. He came from the Windy Hill Ranch in Ohio that is well known for buying Haflingers from the Amish and finding them new homes. The Amish used Stanley primarily for driving purposes. Windy Hill’s Amish trainers put a basic handle on him in addition to doing trail and desensitizing work with him.

During his time with us, Stanley has been used extensively as a school horse for our Journey Members both for groundwork and in the saddle. He is excellent on the ground, and has become a pretty solid saddle horse advancing to our Sweetwater bit and currently advancing through Level 2 of our 35 Step Training Program. Waylon is a 15 year old Haflinger gelding that has been with us for well over 5 years. He came from a local family here in Arizona who owned him since he was 2 years old. Their son went off to college and they wanted to find Waylon and their other horse Johnny a good home. Their son rode him a lot on trails and he was used to pull a cart every year at the 4th of July parade in Pinetop Arizona.

During his time with us, Waylon has been used extensively as a school horse for our Journey Members both for groundwork and in the saddle. He is excellent on the ground, and has become a pretty solid saddle horse advancing to our Sweetwater bit and currently advancing through Level 2 of our 35 Step Training Program. Chester is an 11 year old Haflinger gelding that has been with us for well over 2 years. He came from the Windy Hill Ranch in Ohio that is well known for buying Haflingers from the Amish and finding them new homes. The Amish used Chester primarily for driving purposes. Franz is an 11 year old registered Morgan gelding that has been with us for well over 7 years. He came from a Tucson family who bought him as a two year old. Getting up in age they decided to get out of horses and travel the country in their motor home, so Franz ended up with us.

During his time with us, Franz has been used extensively as a school horse for our Journey Members, Leadership Clinics, and Life Coaching Retreats. He is excellent on the ground, and is progressing well in the saddle. We now have him in full time training and he is progressing well through Level 1 of our program, and our Desensitizing Checklist. Johnny is a 14 year old Haflinger gelding that has been with us for well over 7 years. He came from a local Gilbert Arizona family. Their kids went off to college and Johnny needed a job, so he ended up with us.

During his time with us, Johnny has been used extensively as a school horse for our Journey Members, Leadership Clinics, and Life Coaching Retreats. Bronco Billy is a 6 year old American Jockey Club Thoroughbred gelding. About two years ago my good friend Ira Shulman brought Bronco over, wanting me to start him under saddle so he could send him to California as a Polo Pony prospect. This young athletic horse had never been on the track. As a result he was completely sound and had good clean legs. Most thoroughbreds this athletic have been on the track since 2 year olds, and exhibit some kind of leg issues, and take more time to retrain after racing. This luckily is not the case with Bronco.
