You can never convince me PEMF can’t heal injuries up to 2/3’s faster!!! The first 3 pics are days one and two of my injury (hairline fracture and torn muscle) and the last two pics are of day 13. High intensity PEMF treatments everyday and occasional cold packs if I pushed myself a little too much at times.

I wanted to post this so people can see the difference 10 minutes can make with an injury treatment

So…I did a thing 😣
And since I have the time, I’ve been doing six, high intensity, shorter time, treatments a day. I’ve been increasing movement and exercise at a pace I can withstand. Hairline fracture and torn muscles ain’t got nothing on me! only medicine I’ve taken since the night this happened was ibuprofen for swelling. I’ll pay more pics at the week mark tomorrow.
