Roxy is a sweet 3-months-old little girl being fostered in Florida.
Roxy is a tiny bundle of pure love who adores attention and affection. Once you gain her trust, she will be your best friend if you cuddle and rub her little head. One week after having Roxy, she has gradually let her guard down and is beginning to trust humans. This tiny beauty with her adoring eyes needs to have her new parents around all of the time. She is quite alert and will bark if someone is at the door or if she hears a strange noise. She is walking on her leash like a pro, but we are still working on her potty training. A home with children over 12 is best for Roxy due to her size and personality.

Albany is a sweet little girl weighing just 3.5 pounds. She is 1-years-old and is being fostered in Florida, Albany is sucha sweet girl. Her foster parents consider her the easiest dog they have fostered. Albany likes short walks but is not much for playing in the yard. While she is not much for active play, she LOVES sitting on the porch and watching the world. She doesnt give the other dogs in her foster home much attention. She does not have a problem with other cats or dogs, but she also does not play with them. Albany would be fine as an only dog or would easily mesh in a family with existing pets. She loves to be cuddled and carried around but also enjoys her own space too. Her foster parents say that she will often leave the room to rest in her own space. When Albany arrived in Perfect Pet Rescue care, she had dental disease and had to have a one teeth removed. At her recent vet appointment, she was considered healthy and happy. Albany is not a barker. While she has had a few indoor potty accidents, Albany is house-trained. She does not demand attention from anyone and is easily content sitting beside her people. Albany has the most beautiful hair. She will stand perfectly still while her foster parents brush her hair. In fact, she enjoys getting her hair brushed. Her foster parents have enjoyed their time with her. While they are sad to see her go they are excited that she will be living her best life with her forever family. Meet Oscar our Dog of the Week!
Oscar is a great boy who is loving, sweet, and friendly! He is a great companion and family dog whose best fit is an active and outdoorsy family. He is curious and great on adventures! He enjoys car rides, yard play, walks, is a fast learner, and keeps a tidy kennel. Oscar loves water, pools, sprinklers, and is happy to lay on his bed to enjoy chewing on his bone. He is a strong boy, with a happy disposition, and loves to be part of the action! Oscar needs a leader who will continue his basic commands, and leash manners. Children in the home are not recommended due to his exuberance and size, he is dog social, and lived with a female dog previously. Cats and small animals of any kind are a no go for this fella. A secure fenced yard is required to keep him safe and happy!

Ella is an amazing dog who is very particular about her environment. She is looking for a calm, country lifestyle where it is quiet and peaceful. She would do best in an all adult home, where she can be the Queen Bee only pet. Due to her level of anxiety on walks, it would be best for her to have a secure fenced yard where she can roam and relax at her leisure.

Sally is an adorable 3.8 pound little girl who will be 4-years-old on February 16th. Sally has been to the Dogtor and is a healthy young lady. Her exam and bloodwork was great. She was microchipped and took it like the diva she is with no problem. We're also happy to report that Sally does great during car rides.
She gets super excited / anxious when meeting new people and going new places. We have not observed any aggression towards any people or children. The only issue that we've observed is she's very protective of & guards clothing left on the floor & will nip if you try to pick it up. She has not tried to bite the other dogs in the house over food and hasn't tried to bite anyone who is eating at the dinner table. She was surrendered by her former owners due to showing food aggression around their grandchildren and has been known to bite. Foster mom has a two-year-old grandchild and Sally has not shown any aggression towards her whatsoever. She just wants to kiss her and be pet.
Foster mom can't guarantee how Sally will behave in a new environment, so her new adoptive person or people must have patience with her. She would do best in a home where someone is there most of the time. Sally is crate and potty trained. She is a very smart, happy girl who just needs a place to call home. Sally was an only dog in her former home. and although she gets along with the other dogs in foster mom's house, she likes her space and her person.

BELLA is available for adoption, 3 years purebred Yorkie, Bella, a gal with a name that says it all. She is beautiful! She may be years old, but her looks belie her age. Bella carries herself like the grande dame that she is. Now, she just needs a new forever home over which she can reign. Happily settled in with her loving former family, Bella had no idea they lost their home. Neither did she know how hard it is to find affordable housing where pets are allowed. Unable to find such housing, her owner made the heart-wrenching decision to rehome her. It was in deed a sad day for all. We promised her former owner, though, that we would find their beloved dog a wonderfully loving home. Bella weighs 4.3 lbs and is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. LYRIC is available for adoption here. 1 year bundle of joy 😹, Lyric is truly a survivor. Just a year old, she was living on the streets, being fed by kind strangers who saw her but could not catch her. When someone did finally manage to get her and bring her to us, we discovered that this pup, just a baby herself, was pregnant and ready to give birth anytime. Within a couple of days, she went into labor. Sadly, one of the babies was stillborn, and the second one only lived two weeks. Still a bit bewildered and wondering where her babies are, Lyric is receiving all the love and care she needs to learn the world, Lyric weighs 5 pounds and she's been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated as part of her adoption. Dobby was adopted from a shelter during the covid lockdown in 2020. His owner now is very busy and he spent much of his time- up to 12 hours in a crate. He is learning now how to socialize with other dogs and be a dog. Dobby would do best in a home with no children and no other alpha dogs. He is currently with Perfect Pet Rescue . Izzy is available for adoption here at Perfect Pet Rescue . 4 years A beloved owner's illness once again rendered a dog homeless. Our boy, lzzy, though, made it through the last couple of months still his sweet, loving, playful, and active self. In fact, if there is a female human, lzzy will be cuddling with her. If there is a ball, he'll be chasing it. If there is a leash, he'll be eagerly awaiting his walk. Jackson is an adorable 16 months 3.6 pounds Yorkie boy.

Little Jackie is working hard to settle down in his foster home. This sweet boy, due to no fault of his own, is now in his 4th home in his very short life. His foster parents have promised Jackie that his next home will be forever & he will never have to move around again. In his last home, this playful puppy & his brother were getting aggressive with each other and since his brother had been in the home first, poor Jackie had to find another home. His former owner was afraid one of the dogs would get hurt, so to keep both dogs safe, Jackie became a Perfect Pet Rescue dog.

Jackie has tentatively made friends with the other young dog in his foster home, but he's just not sure of his place yet. He will need some time to feel at home & let the real Jackie shine through. We know he is fine in the car & is a good eater, which is good since he needs to gain about half a pound. Jackie boy is an active little fellow. He loves to race around the backyard at top speed & needs a home with a securely fenced yard to keep him safe. He does well on a leash and enjoys long walks.

Jackie knows come, stay, and let's go out. We're not yet sure if he is totally house trained, but we do know he does not like cats. He definitely likes people, has already gives lots of love & kisses, and has taken his place at night in bed with his foster family.

We believe Jackie needs at least one stay-at-home person. He is young and needs a family who can give him a loving forever home for his entire lifetime of 15 years or more. Due to Jackie's small size, he cannot go to a family with children under the age of 12.
