Hello everyone! I would love to introduce Second Wind's newest Project Pony! Mr. Eirley - Is a sweet little guy with a desire to extend his mobility and get re-established in a routine! ✨

We have big goals of self improvement and using our bodies in the most effective ways possible, going around in the arena! Low and slow is the best effort to have our equine partners participate in activities such as bending, stretching before our ride, and can't forget a rewarding graze away from the usual turn out spots!

Breaking up our horses day but interacting with them, grooming or riding they want to be with us as much as we want to be with them! I am so excited to get our boy back in the swing of things, Thank you for everything you do! Enjoy the rest of the weeks remaining in 2024 yall! 🤩✨💙

~ Nourishing your mental can be taking simple steps such as~

Schedule your appointments often with your Hair Dresser YES! every 6-8 weeks Treat Yo Self ~
Routinely care for, maintain and monitor you're health, wellness and wellbeing! I have found myself drinking more water now that I am taking efforts to be aware of those aspects of my diet~

Accept what you must, but don't tolerate anything that goes against your gut's instincts! 😎😚😇 We all are going through something in 1 way or another yall, lets heal, nourish and prosper! we can do it!

I cannot express enough how important it is to detach....Detach from the world, from the struggles and just unplug the mental from the physical and truly find peace from within.

Clarity, Inner Strength and Patience are all contributions that I want to strive to be better at, 1 day at a time we all are going through something in one way or another and I would like to extend my greatest respect to anyone reading this and is going through something similar!

Being yourself is sometimes the most difficult thing at some points or another, I want to remind myself as well as anyone that sees this post!

No need to resign yourself to the daily grind, we can do anything we put our minds too! If it is a change you require, do small things first, You're daily drive to work/grocery run. Get yourself outta your comfort zone and realize that first step is all you gotta take on that road to success~ I believe in you, and we don't have to go about it alone~
