The long awaited grooming van has finally arrived!! I wanted to use this opportunity to thank all of my clients who have continued to support me through the years. Whether our grooming relationship started from salon or house call, I will forever say I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for you guys!
With this exciting news comes a few changes which will be implemented in the near future. Moving forward all grooming services will exclusively be performed in the grooming van. This is due to insurance changes, but this also gives me the opportunity to provide an even more luxurious experience for your pet.
Scheduling will be done by day, with arrival windows sent out roughly 2 days in advance. This is to limit driving distance between homes and prioritize scheduling more efficiently on my end. Once a day is fully booked the best routing can be determined. Thus, allowing more time to groom more dogs!
Latch key services have always been an option, but due to these changes I want to remind everyone this option is there for those who can’t be home at the time of service. Latch key can mean giving me a physical key, a door code, garage opener, etc. All I need is access to your pet. In the event latch key isn’t the best fit for a particular situation, and/or someone needs an arrival window at time of booking, you can schedule for the first or last appointment of the day.
In addition, there will be new policies regarding cancellations and adjustments to my current pricing structure. With significantly increased operating costs, in order for me to provide the same great service, continue using top of the line products and the one-on-one individual experience you’re used to, prices must reflect these changes. I will be more in line with other mobile groomers in the area with similar experience and expertise whom utilize similar products.
I will be reaching out to everyone individually with new service authorizations/agreements and any changes that affect them personally. This can take some time so please bare with me. As always please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

(All existing appointments will not be affected through the month of October. Any appointments not currently scheduled or pre scheduled after 10/31/23 will be subject to these adjustments. Excluding in home grooming, which is no longer an option as of 9/18/23)
