🔥HEAT ADVISORY🔥

🚨☀️Symptoms of Heat Stroke in Dogs ☀️🚨

With this HOT weather, it's important to know the signs of heatstroke in your dog, as it can be life threatening. We are having local cases of heat strokes in dogs.

Short nose breeds like Boxers, Bulldogs, Frenchies and others are at higher risk so monitor them closely and keep indoors with AC.

Prevention is always BEST, so you can do things like limiting your dog's exercise and outdoor time and making sure they always have access to shade and water to reduce the risk of Heat Stroke.

Do not walk your dog on the sidewalk or asphalt until evening or early morning. The surface temp during the day will burn their paw pads quickly.

These are the signs to look out for on hot days. If you suspect that your dog has heat stroke, seek immediate veterinary attention.

Not every dog will react the same way to new surrounds or meeting new people so these things are so important to keep in mind !

🐾 My Story🐾
When I was 8 years old, I begged my parents for months to get a dog. They eventually gave in, but under one condition: he would be my responsibility. His name was Kiwi, and he was my first-ever pet.
I walked him every morning before heading to school, often before the sun came up. I was also in charge of his walks in the afternoon and for feeding him every day.
From a young age, I've understood my responsibilities as a dog owner. Today, I take care of my dog, Nala, and she is the light of my life. She relies on me for everything, and I make it a point to be the best dog mom I can be for her. Dogs give us so much love and joy, and I feel grateful to be able to experience that through my sweet girl Nala.
I understand how letting a stranger take care of your pet can be scary. After all, I have a dog myself, and she is my world. This is why I take this responsibility very seriously and treat every pet with the same love and care that I treat mine.
I have over 15 years of petcare experience between my own pets and helping out family, co-workers, and for several others in the community who have had my services just by word of mouth. Which is why I decided to start my own pet care business with a focus on compassion and treating your pet like family. I understand the deep bond you share with your furry friend, and I am committed to providing exceptional care that reflects the love and devotion you have for them. Under our care, you can trust that your pet will be treated with the utmost compassion and respect, as if they were a part of my own family. I see taking care of your pets as an honor and a privilege, and I am committed to going above and beyond to provide the best possible service. The type of care that I would want my own furry family to get.
So thank you so much for following me on this new endeavor and I’m so excited to see where this goes!
